Tech support does not ask you questions like 'What device are you using?' or 'What error(s) are you getting?' to waste time.

Saying 'just fix it.' is not going to get things fixed any quicker.

Shit like 'I'm having location issues' can mean at least three different problems for me. And all three have different sources and different solutions. So until you fucking cooperate, I can't fix your problem. The more belligerent you get, the longer you're gonna wait to have your problem fixed, and the less I give a shit.

The tablet I have is 6 years old. Runs Android 4. And has to be factory reset every time you want to use it.

...it's pretty much a brick. I keep it around because I sometimes have to troubleshoot things for work on it.

I actually have to buy a new (Android) tablet for work purposes soon (since I need one that will run a newer version of Android). Tax write-off, but I'd really rather have an iPad.

Now I haven't played Tangledeep yet, but my friend has the longest running LP on Youtube and I've talked with the developer some (I hung out in his Discord for a while). It looks great, it's really building in popularity, and I def. plan to give it a shot once I've got the free time.

I also think DC themselves is beginning to take a look at how ridiculously overpowered their big names are and is starting to shake that up. Little C-string Killer Frost took down the entire Justice League in one go last year.

(The thing I love about more obscure FCs is in a lot of cases, their background is so vague and often even their powerset that if you look it over close enough, you can realize 'oh man in the right light, this character can take down someone huge.' I didn't even realize until I was in the midst of apping KF that she had done that! I was googling more info about her when I came across it! A lot of really obscure characters are practically OCs for how little detail you have on 'em.)

Funny enough, I actually have a copy of DC's editor checklist. One of the things is 'Does it reflect the real world?' They use 2012 US stats for gender/race, but sexuality is not represented (though likely because it's a visual medium).

If someone did ever want to send a letter, I'd be happy to share for a data point (heck I'd be happy to share with anyone who is just curious to see the checklist in general).
