I am off my meds until these stimulus checks come in because meds without insurance are just way too expensive.
I've been most worried about my depression hitting me hard.
What I didn't expect was the generalized anxiety.I've been going into anxiety attacks suddenly and without warning since last night. I don't know why I'm anxious (I mean there are REASONS to be but I can't identify which it is so I can work through it). I just am.
Belatedly but not really on this - a lot of the big pharma companies are now automatically approving people that are on unemployment/lost their insurance due to COVID for their patient assistance programs. Worth looking into - I just got word from a few of our pharma reps at the place I work about this.
How do you get on those?
So, asking for some folks here.
Does anyone out there know how to make Potato work with MUD prompts? It should, in theory. When setting up a world, it has a toggle between MUSH/MUD. I know.
So: any workarounds/thoughts?

If you time jump, though, your store will not upgrade to the largest store (which is only one up from Nook's Cranny'). I couldn't figure out why my store has stayed the same, even though I've been on more than 30 days since it upgraded, spent over 200,000 bells and had Label a bunch of times. Then someone mentioned that. You need to play 30 days straight without time jumping.
It looks like you also need '30 each of fish / bugs / fossils donated to museum (seemingly)' (per one site I'm looking at).
I guess it's possible there's an upgrade to Nook's Cranny that makes it 24/7 and we just haven't discovered it yet. Agh. Guess I need to just maybe get in the habit of playing as I wake up (to at least sell stuff) until I've upgraded at least one more time.

@Auspice I don't see a problem in shifting your switch's time of day to make it more playable for you.
I read somewhere that doing that can screw up holiday events tho? Like they won't push out to you correctly

I don't think so. Which sucks.
Auuuuuugh. That blows. I usually play as I settle in for bed, which is like, 2AM.
Does the store get to be 24/7 like in other AC games? Because I keep forgetting to play (/sell stuff) before it closes and I don't wanna lose out on profits by dropping shit in the box.
What is something embarrassing from life that keeps you up at night.
Like, the more hilarious and nonsensical, the better.
When I was 20, I had gone back to a call center I'd previously worked at (got laid off from another job). So I had to sit with people to get re-trained/back up to speed.
One morning, riding the elevator up to our floor, one of my buddies from when I had worked there previous asked who I was sitting with that day for training. In my half-asleep pre-coffee stupor I said "Ryan Seacrest" and not "Ryan <hisactuallastname>"
.......to this day, I lie awake at night in existential horror at least once a month over this.
Woke up to this.
.....how about no, whoever the fuck you are.
I want the FF7 remake but I'm also pretty much only playing Stardew Valley rn (it's relaxing, it's low-stress, and it's a world in which I can be consistently productive and make money.... the perfect escape).
The stimulus checks are going out. I got mine yesterday.
So if you filed your taxes w/direct deposit this year or last, expect to see it anytime now (if you haven't already).
