I didn't make it past cgen but it was pretty much a gatherer, hunter type mux where you had to roll to get supplies, craft and it was pretty interesting from what I saw. I wish I was able to play there.

I recently started watching Wayward Pines and you know that may be a good setting. New characters are 'unfrozen' and put into the neighborhood i.e. grid. At some point their happy little town will collapse and well... fend for yourselves!

Arx at the moment. I play a couple times a week or go a week without playing. It's alright. I get the urge to write and pretend and I can overlook a lot just to satisfy my itch.

@Shayd I see it like this, even if other countries/houses are disgusted at the practice of thralldom, which is something that isn't brought to the main city and kept to their islands only, everyone has trade relationships with one another. I believe I read that the Thrax were pretty much bullies to everyone and have done some invading in the past. Now that everyone has to play nice, the Thrax can still have their thralls but it's unreasonable to even bring them on the mainland where :

1. They may escape or be liberated.
2. Cause some rifts in their trade relationships with the other houses
3. Isn't it outlawed?

I haven't seen anything about incest. Just sayin'.

Perrach here. I'm always down for rp with the Thrax folk. He ain't anything special but he'll tell you where the bear shits in the woods.

Back to the topic, I've resigned to not get involved or try to swim my way into the big plots happening. If it happens, it happens. My guy has his own path and it's working out so far by role playing with others outside of the Thrax org.

Future setting sounds amazing y'all. Very different and appealing. I'm for sure keeping an eye on this project.

@Roz Thanks for that. I've seen some Thrax players use "Salt and Iron" as a form of greeting. (I think)

@Arkandel Perrach swears often no matter who he is in the presence of.. I've said shit, piss & fuck. I'll be complete if I can work in a cunt, turd motherfucker and twat. As for looking at other players, I do at least once to see if there's anything particular about their physical appearance that may trigger him or something noticable such as injury, flaws, attire, weapon etc etc. I myself haven't acquired any gear for my guy yet, but soon hopefully.

I chose a character off the roster, I'm unsure if they've been previously played as they had no relationships or journals but I am so impressed how they give you a starting point for character direction.

Unfortunately the learning curve is steep as fuck anyway so far everyone's been extremely helpful.
