The Sanctity of Merits rule makes transitioning from a minor to a major template almost wholly painless, which is am-a-zing.

OCs-OK! Generally our policy is that we encourage OC appers to start them as members of Legion Academy, which is basically... Super-Hero College. Though they're not at the centerpiece currently, there are also other groups, such as the more benevolent Lantern corps who are possibles, though there's some drama between the Lanterns and the U.P. government to be hashed out.

The Legion Era is a thousand years in the future, however there are a surprising number of DC FCs who could still be kicking around, Power Girl (being a Kryptonian) being potentially one of them. As for the others, my general policy is to say "well, tell me a story" before I say "no."

Viscera Cleanup Detail. A game where you're a janitor (or janitors) who clean up the carnage left behind in sci-fi video games or movies. There's an expansion they give you with the game where you clean up after a Kill Bill-style movie fight scene and a Dynasty Warriors level.

Daenerys is being way too angsty and is way too willing to listen to the Masters' bullshit sob stories.

A real conqueror would've had their desecrated remains hung from the city walls.

It depends what you're looking for. The Legion has a lot of great ladies, but they may not be readily apparent. If you want to app a Legionnaire, my advice is to go here:

That she is. I won't deny that. I suppose what I'm doing is musing that instead of conquest, she's opted for occupation... and that is, so far, her biggest mistake.

Excellent choice! We are flexible on whatever you want to do with her, but we did default Tasmia into a special role for game start, as assistant dean (the Scary One) at Legion Academy since we needed to build up some story, but again, the person playing the character gets to do as they wist.

My paternal grandfather's family wandered out of the woods and started farming turnips and dirt sometime before the Mayflower landed. One of my ancestors managed to become a wealthy farmer, and somebody (one of his kids, we think) bashed in his head and left his corpse in a ditch. Because he was also a dick.

Another of my distant relations (and one of said farmer's sons) was Ransom Clark, one of the survivors of Dade's Massacre in Florida. The Seminoles decided he was "dead enough" and left him there to die, and the miserable bastard crawled back to the fort. I mean that -- he crawled back. It took four years for his wounds to kill him, and he had like three kids in the meantime, if memory serves.

My paternal grandmother was a 50/50 Italian/Irish split (and suuuuuuuuuuuuuuper Catholic... though she married a Protestant... go fig). We're still Irish enough that we get invited to the McGuire family reunion every couple of years, I guess.

Use a large geographic region. I wanted to do a CWoD setting using from, say, Pennsylvania up into New England.
