@Thenomain Sure. It's fine to me. Because lately I've reached a point in my RL where I am not going to play with someone who is obnoxious. So you can do whatever thing you want that lets you chase your joy in your IC hobby and I can chase mine. Over here. Away from the things that I do not enjoy.
@Thenomain I mean, it's fine if people want to play those kind of concepts. I just find that most people don't understand where the line is between 'this is fun for me' and 'oh I might be annoying the shit out of this person who has had to deal with my crap 89 times this week alone'
Ugh. All this thread does is make me think of every time a player thought they were being a super cool flippant rebel against the grain quirky mcquirkster to me in RP but what they really were was super annoying and draining OOC.
Failing many, many rolls but hilariously passing one while your character is unconscious and you're away from the keys.

@AeriaNyx I miss the days when Kael and Cristoph were interchangeable characters. Count Cristoph, Duke Kael, etc...
@Sparks lol i love it. There was one big GM scene that @Darinelle ran and I encouraged people to put song lyrics or something in the @rs. But damned if I can remember what they were now. 
@dvoraen Aw, man. yeah. Sometimes the quick one liner firstimpressions are the best.
I've been feeling my brain power rapidly diminish the last couple of weeks as RL has just... been exhausting. I'm down to playing one character regularly and kind of watching the others crash and burn and just being O: and hoping no one is developing a grudge over my flakiness.
ANYWAY.
That's all to say that I seriously, seriously needed the stupid, lighthearted poetry/jousting event that Norwood@Arx threw tonight. It was funny and ridiculous and chilled out some of that negative energy I'd been building up.
