@Tinuviel swwwwiiing and a miss. Thought you were. Damnitdamnitdamnitdamnit.
I'm in Australia, but I'm not Australian. I use full sentences, am somehow incapable of even understanding racism, don't follow sports, and hate beer.

RE: The Work Thread
@Ganymede There's an argument to be made about the "education" public education systems provide, of course...

It's a mashup of part of the cutscene from the opening of Resident Evil only redone with some kind of fuzzy pupper and done with a Dark Souls 'you died'.
Gawd. You say that like it makes anything you said before even remotely a correct and reasonable thing to say ever under any circumstances!
Says the Australian who probably knows what girt means.
Not Australian, but yes.

And those that can't teach go to Law School.
In my case, I did both.
You weren't educated. You were programmed.

@Ganymede It's posts like these that really explain a bunch about how you got to be the way you are.

@reversed Ooh. But the image on the page links to a gif of the two X's slamming down and then the colour fades from the image.

I guess I'm one of the few left that prefer text descriptions. I've never used a PB in 20+ years of MU*ing.
Most places sort of expect it, and I often intend on presenting a character wiki page like an actual wikipedia page... but then I get lazy and forget, so my PB is often set-and-forget. My @desc is more important.

@Derp Is panko different to 'traditional' breadcrumbs?

This is one of the few times on MSB when I am truly glad I misinterpreted what you were saying.
Thank you for not being a goddamn monster. Whew.
Yeah, sometimes the first pasta layer of a bake or a lasagne gets crispy with the cheese. But no, god no.
Though mac and cheese in a light pastry and baked into a pie doesn't sound like a terrible idea...

The fuck do you people do to mac and cheese? O_o
I didn't say anything about mac and cheese?
@Derp is referencing the horrible thing certain people do to mac and cheese which is put it in the oven and let it bake until it is crunchy pasta.
It's always the most disappointing thing to be served at a dinner.
Ew, no. I was referring to the top of an actual pasta bake, or a lasagne. The pasta itself isn't crunchy, but the cheese can get that way, so you get the crunch without ruining the rest of it for normal people.

Pasta should be chewy. Not soft enough you don't even need teeth for it.
Depends on what you're doing with it, but I generally agree.
Pasta should not crunch, though. If you want crunchy pasta, add cheese and let it bake. -
RE: Real World Peeves, Disgruntlement, and Irks.
@silverfox Well, you see, apparently it's my fault that things end up that high. Like when he wanted my help in maintaining his diet, so I put all the candy and such up on a high shelf...

@surreality
It's spiral pasta or nothing! Especially if you fry them in a pan after boiling so they become crunchy on the outside.Pasta should only be crunchy before it's cooked.

@RightMeow I've had to fix our bookshelves to the wall studs so they won't fall on him when he does this.
Apparently standing on a chair is fine, though. -

@silverfox My 5'2" husband refuses to use the ladder... he climbs when he can't get me to do it for him. Is this a man thing?
