My MRI scan results were all good. Looks like I am part of the tiny percentage where avastin works really well.

Latest MRI results are all good! Well tumors still there but still not growing.

Some of you may have been following the saga of the cathaport that I have been going through, which was delaying things for ages. Good news is that despite only one treatment about 2 months ago my main tumor is looking smaller than it was in October Huzzah! If it keeps going this good I may get years out of this treatment. Fingers crossed.

I have been stressing for weeks about being invited to speak before a state government hearing on end of life choices. Would they be kind or would I get some kind of inquisition? Would I be able to remember all my points? and get them out without choking up to often? etc etc etc

I am glad to say it went really well. I felt I spoke too fast but the committee members and secretary were all lovely and awesome, and actually came up afterwards to thank me in person for my testimony. And I hit all my points.

Also got a tour of the State Parliament house, which was built in the Victorian era when we had a bunch of money from the gold rush. Very pretty and now I have a huge weight of my shoulders, and hopefully something will come of it all.

Having my MRI come back good! Another three months. which my Birthday is in the middle of. So all good at the moment.

People who try to push past those getting out of a train/bus/tram. Doubly pissed off if the person getting off has to walk with a cane. Seriously, 5 seconds worth of patience.

That the Avastin continues to work. After my oncologist confirmed this i had my 21st infusion today

Looks like they will be able to save the surgical implant that allows for easy access to my shitty veins. No only means no more half a dozen attempts every time they want to take blood out or put something in, means the delay to the actual treatment that it was supposed to help will be minimised.

Means 2 more sessions of cleaning and rebandaging, one in the middle of a PRP, but eh Main thing is fingers crossed the cathaport stays.

Magical herbs do not cure cancer. Vegan diets do not cure cancer. Apricot pips do not cure cancer. Black Oil does not cure cancer.
Coffee enemas sure as fuck do not cure cancer.
Sadly some cancers are, at the moment, incurable. Others have a good survival rate with Medicinal treatments. Others less so, but at least they have proof.

End of the day you can do what you like with your own body, but don't encourage others to try woo-woo treatments.

Also for the love of fuck, get your kids vaccinated.

Well despite my body trolling me with headaches, increased fatigue and some loss of function on the left side my scan came in good. Not clear of course but the main tumor has shrunk very slightly and the other two are still doing nothing.

Also I have reached the point where further treatments will be subsidised. Thus saving me a buttload of money. Also My blood sugar has stabilised so no more insulin shots or testing 4 times a day.

@Sunny So much fucking this. Added to the conspiracy theory that Marijuana cures everything, and big pharma is just hiding that from us as they can't make money.
My oldest friend is part of a team studying it, his father passed away from cancer earlier this year. If it actually worked outside of a petri dish you would think he would give it to his fucking dad?

It does do some things, but is not the fucking cure for cancer. And no Big Pharma is not hiding that.

Cheers. I haven't been given much longer. The current treatment is an, expensive, last roll of the dice. But until the cathaport started messing up it was going well. So fingers crossed.

@sthanheykel I am not the best for coding, general staffing or STing, but I can descriobe well, I know 7th Sea well and would do whatever I can to get a game going. Including offering up my firstborn
