From the 7th Sea Kickstarter list, and probably a bunch of other places:

As of April 2, Chaosium, publishers of the award-winning tabletop roleplaying games Call of Cthulhu, RuneQuest, and King Arthur Pendragon, has acquired the rights to 7th Sea. I'm joining Chaosium as line editor and will continue to have creative oversight of the game, and will remain a principal author of 7th Sea material going forward. Beyond that, I'll also be writing for other Chaosium game lines.

This is fantastic. I will trust Chaosium with caring for 7th Sea as it exists, and am super-glad that John Wick has a steady gig again.

And maybe Chaosium is willing to front a lot of the cost for the 7th Sea Board Game, or make it cheaper to produce for their next attempt. Or maybe it's time to let it go. It's up to them.

@PuppyBreath the lone deserted highway east of Omaha, not so deserted with all the people trying to get out of the city on weekends ing Loess hills for recreation or wineries. This was a crazy winter, I still use a shovel and got a his five foot pile at the end of the driveway this year.

I'm not trying to access it, that's the page that the server is attempting to open after I log in. The URL is coming from MSB, it isn't something I typed in.

Well I am now actually in Mesa at the Hilton and, somehow succeeded in matching to the timezone pretty well. I manage to stay awake until almost 11pm last night (local time) before sleeping like a log and getting breakfast.

Now free to explore with no commitments until Monday evening, I will certainly go and check out the art district!

The reason I went with the hardware I did was to try and make it so it'd be a long while before I'd have to upgrade/replace, if possible, and also wanted to try and get as much bang out of everything i can. But I will definitely give everything a look and all that. Thanks for the advice. 🙂

@sunny The only one I saw when I wrote the original post was a 17 year old, and I never saw any adults doing the tide pod challenge at all.

Mind you, I've seen plenty of adults walking around their house or back yard doing the Bird Box challenge, and that is, frankly, dumb, but w/e. It's not like they're having people shoot at them while they're doing it or putting pointy spikes around their yard first.

@wretched We have scene overlap re: SF Goth a decade ago. Add JJs and the Cracktory parties to things we may have also been at, at the same time and we probably were around each other and never knew it.

We bought mostly 'family' gifts this year. ie. things the entire family can enjoy. Namely, Amazon Fire Sticks for all the tv's and an Xbox One S for the living room, as well as a blue-ray player that also is in the living room. There may also have been a Chinese knockoff NES mini preloaded with 500 games. >.> <.< So that, then gift cards galore so we could let the kids buy up games and movies for said consoles. And a yearly subscription to Boomerang, because retro cartoons are still the best.

I dont listen to that podcasts for political commentary more the scientific, research and other experts in fields I dont know much about. The sleep study scientist episode was fascinating a few months back. Besides he has a lot of other comedians I enjoy as guests.

While I dont agree with all of Rogans opinions I shouldn't have to. I agree with enough that I keep listening. Also i get a lot of good workout and better eating and fitness advice out of it, oddly.

I get the podcast is controversial and that's fine. I dont have to be 100 percent on board with everything to find some kind of enjoyment out of it.
