@surreality Oh naturally I'd get rid of changing breeds.
-
@tinuviel Still, no public fucking would probably opt out half the current population.
-
@surreality As if reality ever stopped people from doing whatever they want anyway.
-
If you’re anyone important wouldn’t you just do it in your yacht or something? I could see people really getting into the setting though. All of the I Was A White Slave In The Exotic Veiled Market backgrounds that some poor bastard is going to have to read as app staffer....
-
@mietze +job/deny ###=This is too stupid, try again with something less crap.
-
Considering how many paragraphs of orgasm descriptions and poor-to-pretty-decent smut I had to read and/or skim during my tenure as app staff with two spheres on TR, just sayin’...
-
@tinuviel +job/deny ###=It's not the +sheet. It's the stupidity.
-
@mietze Orgasm descriptions? As in... descriptions of orgasms or descriptions designed to provoke orgasms?
-
@tinuviel the former...I think. I didn’t ask! Maybe I should have been flattered at the attempt!
-
@tinuviel +job/deny ###=Needs more cowbell, but less bullshit.
-
Or create a system where staff interaction is less of a thing. I mean I know jaded staffers think they're funny but players just wanna play and not hear your jaded and shitty attitude. Approve my xp spend and if you don't like it then move to an automated system.
-
@thatonedude Funny you should talk about automating XP... Also Equip,,
-
@thatonedude If ya don't want staff interaction getting in the way of your stories, go read a book.

I personally recommend "How to Maintain A Consistent Game Environment Without Creating Unnecessary Hurdles That Stifle Roleplay", it's part of the This Shit Ain't That Hard trilogy.

You're welcome.
Unless you're completely changing the coded system you use for Fallcoast, in which case you're welcome.
-
@apos There's a difference between stifling roleplay and stopping people from doing stupid shit that you don't want to deal with.

We’re hope to come up with something a little bit different this time. I’m reading everyone’s suggestions and feedback, and I appreciate it.

Here are some suggestions based on my experience.
- Please, for the love of Pete, cut down on the number of alts.
- Please, for the love of Pete, cut down on the number of spheres.
- And, please, for the love of Pete, adopt some sort of system that allows PCs to engage with the world without staff intervention.
Most of us have fond memories of The Reach and Fallcoast, and would like that to continue, but there are better products being put out there.
-
The only thing I have much care about are Sin Eaters and Possessed. Hopefully they stay.

I don't like Pete that much but we'll see what we can do.
