My epic TS mav was on a Star Trek game (I want to say Anomaly, but I think it was before that). The game had a combadge/intercom system, where you had to 'tap' to turn your combadge off after using it....
Fortunately, another player let me know I was broadcasting before things got too far.

Actual topic participation: a couple decades ago, on a Star Wars game, I mavved TS to Public. And promptly logged off and didn't return for at least three days, when the blush had finally started to subside. I seem to recall people were pretty kindly silent about it, but wow.
There've been some pretty great typos, too, but I can't think of any of them off the top of my head....

Ah, the recurring flaw of typing way too quickly and being way too eager to hit return.
In one scene back in CoMUX, I was playing America Chavez and in the middle of a scene, she was lying in wait to ambush someone with Kate Bishop. The pose ended with something along the lines of "Peeing around the corner, America gestures for Kate to come closer." Kate, understandably, stated she had no intention of coming any closer.
The other one was in a scene with Booster Gold, where my character wanted to say something to him in secret so he wanted to get his attention. What should have read as 'quietly nudges Booster' became 'quietly nudes Booster' - that one was almost as embarrassing as the time I examined a clock on the wall in a pose, and accidentally omitted an 'l'.

I can think of a blooper now. During the last World Series I had been trading comments/zingers with other Red Sox fans and some really cool Dodgers fans. Now there’s a player on the Dodgers named Kike (kee-kay) Hernandez. His first name is really Enrique. So when he was up at bat, I put this up on pub.
<Public> Kris says, “Kike, we don’t love you.. <blah> <blah> <blah>.”
It was supposed to be a punny play-on-words that went along with that Drake song that kids were getting run over for. It wasn’t until someone, who wasn’t following the game, asked for clarification that I double-checked and saw what else it could be interpreted as. I was mortified and apologized profusely to everyone on the channel before disconnecting and fully expecting to see something from staff the next time I logged in.

Not mine but we were running a long plot on a Rifts game, and then there was a screen long TS BDSM pose. There was silence and then many many comments. The guy just said "please don't put that on the quotes page."

Not mine: A handful of us were playing in a work slow, tense scene. The person causing the tension Mav'd to the entire group how she wished the next person in order would just pose. She went on to say how she was sure everyone was paging about her behind her back, but she was so over it.
She realized she had mav'd, and there was a hasty, nasty exit pose, before she logged the hell out quick. I don't know if that character's been in a scene since. I'm sure the player has, but the character has been scarce. Several of us were pretty amused.

@prequell As one of the people she'd been paging... The mav itself was pretty damn benign, definitely less interesting than the dumb shit that lead up to it.
The player that mav'd? Is WAY less crazy than the man-grabby nutter that caused her to get frustrated enough to vent to her friends in the first place.
