I still wake up tired every morning since.
@JinShei - I feel this. I had calling hours yesterday, and funeral today - in a church with no AC, and the windows open. When there's heat advisory. And I'm in a dress and had to wear leggings, because I ran my last pair of pantyhose.
I will throw that bra out. It's just... eww.
I won't ACTUALLY murder my co-worker, but saying aloud, in my WFH apartment 'I am going to fucking murder you' every time they do something that raises my blood pressure (and they do this often) helps. It helps a little.

There's various levels of 'upset.'
Now if someone's being snitty, that's one thing. Don't do that.
But I know if someone's hurt my feelings, I tend to just disconnect and stop engaging. It's a social anxiety thing. If they hurt my feelings, I figure they don't like me and the best thing I can do is to just extract myself from their life.
It may not be the right answer, but it's what my social anxiety tells me to do.

I just saw someone with a gay pride tattoo on his calf, in the shape of the Mickey Mouse logo. I was so stunned I stopped walking to try to process what I was seeing. I'm still not sure what to think. I'm trying to wrap my mind around someone wanting to express his sexuality or support for others' sexuality by permanently scarring his body with the shape of the corporate mascot of a chain of resort hotels that form sovereign city-states in several parts of America, whose media division occasionally claims to support LGBTQ+ people but refuse to show any of us because that would restrict the amount of money they could make in international markets. Why not just a tattoo of a rainbow flag on a vampire's lapel as it bites your neck? Why would you want to express your innermost beliefs through the medium of corporate symbology, turning your leg into a permanent billboard for the Walt Disney corporation?
I don't get it. Probably never will.
I find it helps to flip the script and be glad that he felt safe enough to get a tattoo like that without thinking very hard about the repercussions. He felt safe enough to get a freaking corp rainbow flag tattoo. Like, yay that he was able to do that stupid shit, right????
Hard to say. Disney started holding LGBTQ friendly events at their parks, in the early 90s, long before most other corporations jumped on the bandwagon. For a long time it was one of the few employers in FL to recognize "domestic partners" (marriage was illegal at the times) and allow people to have their partners on their insurance. They've had a non discrimination policy on hiring workers in their parks and hotels long before non profits gave out scorecards. I know a handful of folks that started working for disney in the early 90s for that reason, and they're pretty rabid fans in many ways, even though I would not call Disney an unblemished employer for MANY other reasons. I think if you're of a certain generation and lived in FL in particular, I could see why someone might have a soft spot enough to get a tattoo like that, but I dunno, maybe the person is just combining stuff that he likes, too.

One of my closest friends when I was in SC is a lesbian. She loves Disney. She tries to go to their gay pride events every year. She focuses on her love of Disney movies, of the experience, etc. She knows and acknowledges that the company has problems, but it's also brought her together with people she loves and cares about.
She also has a rainbow Mickey tattoo.
ETA: to some people, their experiences define it more than the corporate.
