It's a section of this forum you need to opt-in for. The rules are different there, and flames or personal attacks are acceptable (within certain limits).
Sounds fun! How do I opt in? I want to hear all the gossip!

@Carex Try https://musoapbox.net/groups . Don't say I didn't warn you!

Back on the topic about TS:
I temped Jim Gordon once for a Batman who needed him for a plot.
In what was at best 3 weeks of time I got hit on by Batgirl, (His daughter), Montoya (Who was supposed to be gay, I think?), Volcana (The villainess who sets fire to things) and a low-level OC magic-user whose name I don't remember.Moral of the story: If you want to score virtual women, be someone's daddy.
-
This would explain why my curmudgeonly old men seemed to get so much attention.
I should just play Carl Frederickson.
-
Oh, also, I forgot to mention.
I played Grodd (The actual gorilla) and women hit on me.
I was so tempted to explain to them about how tiny a gorilla penis is but instead I just acted like he wasn't into humans.
And this happened more than once. It's not just women who get hit on for no good reason. I think everyone is just horny.
-
I just put in a request to drop the alts I had here. As much as I was hoping to stay and enjoy myself, I just couldn't bring myself to be okay with how things have transpired with Peter and all that. So yup. Color me gone.

Just women? No men?
Because dicks out for SuperHarambe, yo
Edit: OMG the idea of roleplaying Grodd in a 20's type setting as a monster with super apes in pinstripe suits and Tommy guns sounds intriguing.

You should be ashamed of yourself for this. Take your over-used meme and go to the time out corner.

Sadly, no.
Maybe it was the JLA TV series that showed Grodd banging that scientist and that sorceress who was his second in command of the Legion of Doom that makes everyone assume he's hetro.I went to ESHM as a guest. Someone in the OOC room pointed out they have a no animal PC rule so I guess Grodd is out.
I liked him. He was always fun as a behind the scenes master-mind type. -
@Carex Pick Mallah instead? No one should mistake him for hetero.
-
The no animals thing is another rule I do not understand the purpose of, but I've made peace with not understanding the purpose of most of their rules.
-
Staff confirmed furry haters. Where is @Vorpal to fight this injustice.
-
@GreenFlashlight I think this goes back a few games. There was a really annoying player who picked up a ton of furry characters, mostly pure animals -- wanted to play Dexstarr and 'Hope Corgi'. Suddenly there was a ban on animals.
-
I won't lie. I'd love to play Dex*Starr. I mean, playing a little bundle of whiskers and purrs and claws and rage and blood vomit? Hell yes!

It seems to me the answer is to ban that person rather than concepts, particularly when concepts that can get around the letter of the law while still violating the spirit are permissible (is anything stopping Beast Boy from never leaving animal form?), but oh well.
-
As BB's player, I use his animal forms, ICly, mostly to punctuate conversation.
-
Cosmo is best space dog. Would play.

Agreed.

Given a large number of players over time, it was inevitable that some game somewhere got someone who wanted to play Krpyto the super-dog and go around playing out bestiality scenes or something like that.
I remember hearing stories back in the day about a group of X-men walking in on Wolvesbane doing it doggy-style with Havok in the X-Jet hanger.
It's not unreasonable for staff to limit the characters who would draw that kind of focus.

This may be and probably will be one of those things I just never get, but it seems to me if you want to ban bestiality, then you ban bestiality. Banning some of the characters who could engage in bestiality but not all the characters who could engage in bestiality strikes me not just as needlessly devious toward achieving that one goal (assuming it is the goal), but also ineffectual.
