I'm only half way through but I think Anthony Mackie is by far the weakest Takeshi. He's not awful but so far lacks the intensity the others have had.

I caught on to the show late too. The comic was great and they did a great job with the show.

I love Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist.

My only complaint is I wish I hadn't started watching right away because the wait each week sucks. It's such a happy, lovely, upbeat show and I love Mo (the 'in on the secret' friend who is genderfluid) and I love Zoey's mom. And I love Lauren Graham.

But the last two weeks have both had stopping points that have me SO FRUSTRATED BECAUSE I WANT MORE.

OMG. The last two episodes were heart song worthy for me. But the song with her dad.. Yeah. It hit home. I lost my dad last year and his first birthday is coming up in June. So yeah...

My husband and oldest son both looked at me and said "OMG, you're to gay to survive." Then they both started laughing at me.

I'm not even into sing-songy shows but I love Zoey. They mix comedy and drama very well. The last ep was difficult for me though. I lost my dad last year and went through a similar situation. To me, however, that means they did it very well. Show gets 5 stars from me.
