I'm never going to get tired of people calling with some nonsense and hanging up on me when they think I'm lying that I am an adult who can take their call.
It is still kinda weird when someone comes on the stream and asks if I'm a boy though, but I'll take it.

That happened to me, once. I was playing a game with a friend while he streamed and we were talking via Skype at the same time. One of his viewers said 'either that's a woman or a per-pubescent boy'. Tyler and I wound up having a good laugh over that.
ETA: As for the phone call, had that happen to me as well, once. I answered and the telemarketer on the other end asked to speak to my mother or father. I told him I was the mother. Poor guy about tripped over himself verbally while trying to apologize to me!

My father does not have anything other than a manly voice, but he once had a telemarketer ask 'Can I speak to your father?'
So he answered, 'Sorry, my father isn't here.' and hung up. Had a good laugh over it.

I know all y'all want to be kept up to date on my bizarre card obsession, so the latest deck is there to see.
Paper 四色牌 (Four Colour Cards)
Cheap and nasty as God intended. These cards date from a time when gambling was illegal so cards had to be made cheaply and easy to dispose of. The manufacturer of this set is keeping to that tradition. (How cheap? About a buck fifty -- after shipping!) The cards are marked with the names of 象棋 (Chinese Chess) pieces: four of each in each colour suit. Games played with this deck are typically 麻将 (or Rummy, if you must) style. -
My Funko Pops and the Harley Quinn Q-Fig I've gotten recently, among other odds and ends. I know I am a full-grown fucking woman but damnit, little things like that really bring joy into my life.

This reminds me that I have a full 'deck' of near-pristine (only 1 has a bit of bend to it) PBR caps.
And no, I did not drink that much PBR. I just had a few bartender friends who were willing to set any/all caps aside for me.

The song 'Closer'. Everything about this song is so chill, and it makes me happy in the sort of way only pop music can.
Also, alcohol. My department at work is sneaking mini-bottles into our local bowling alley tomorrow, we're going to get trashed and roll gutter balls and razz the show-offs that actually try to do well and I'm going to demand they play Closer and it's so nice to actually love your job, which I realize I do. So there.
I might be on my way to being drunk. I don't work Fridays, I can be drunk on a Thursday afternoon. I love that, too.

I was thinking the same thing as Auspice and TNP when I head the name Closer for a song, one of my all time favorites and amazing to see live, but not happy or chill.
Never realized another song with that title existed.
To make this more then a me too post this is quickly becoming my go to song for a smile.

And my bizarre card collection has expanded yet again (with more to come, possibly even this afternoon; if so I'll just edit this message). This time I've added another 乐山二七十 (Leshan 2,7,10) deck, in the "Crystal PVC" format.
I've also added a handmade, plasticized silk set of 娃兒牌 (doll cards) from Sichuan. I'm not even going to try to explain these…

Late in the day a set came in that I wasn't expecting to arrive. These are handmade of plasticized silk as well, but they are [紙骨牌 (Domino Cards)] instead of the "Doll Cards".
In addition to the above, which are Chinese cards, I snagged a poker deck from India which is not in the album because, you know, not a weird Chinese playing card deck. I will also not be putting the image here because it could be considered NSFW for those workplaces who think classic Hindu texts on virtue and gracious living are bad.
