I could certainly use a writing buddy/encouragement. Over the years I have had an on and off relationship with writing. I've started blogs and shut them down. Some fiction, some non-fiction. I was writing flash-fiction for about a year and that was a lot of fun but ultimately unfulfilling and I stopped.
I once was mid scene and had just posed. Three minutes later after running some commands that scrolled the scene out of view, I forgot I was mid a scene and left to go RP elsewhere with people I noticed on hangouts. Got a page 5 minutes later: "?"
"Sorry! I totally forgot we were scening!"
Not since the Attitude Era, but man! Ain't nothing like seeing some pro wrestling live. It's electrifying.
I don't know that I would put benzodiazepines on pizza.

I've been wanting one of these for ages. I love carbonated drinks but I know soda is bad for me....but not cuz of the carbonation. And most of the flavored water shit is twice to three times as expensive!
I lurv it! And already been looking at how to pimp that ride, nahmean? Talking bout that 20 lbs food grade CO2 for 40 bucks at the local Air gas supplier and a little adapter to the sodastream

I appreciate this ability to almost play-by-post with my NPCs on Euphoria because it means that I can keep working on jobs while slowly pushing plot out to people. @curious1 Like most any place it is going to be what you make it.
RP on grid is pretty regular, even for your SR 8 farmer. There is an XP incentive for even the nobliest of nobles to RP with you for at least a couple weeks. It's a good chance to make connections and get regular RP friends.
I suggest taking a look at the "Wanted Concepts" board and see what rosters are in demand if you're concerned about getting meaningful RP out the gate.

@Auspice I agree with you. Euphoria is a lot of fun. For me I can say that having a space exploration theme that is not tied to some existing franchise takes away a lot of the expectation and low key fear of getting canon wrong with other players waiting, crouched, to pounce on you with 'ackshually, tachyon is....!'
We're getting to create the details of the world as we go to a large extent (like systems of measurement and so forth) and I'm just happy to see what people will come up with as we go along.

ETA: Real talk tho - Lil Nas X's story and hustle to breakthrough his career is inspiring. His EP is genre bending from start to finish (he's not 'just another trap artist' by a long shot). He's an extremely likable person in every interview. It's legit exciting to see him take off like he has. I hope his song breaks the 16 consecutive weeks at #1. That would be history making.
Game is fun. Everyone is nice. Admin super helpful. And when I log in I feel like I'm on the set of Gilmore Girls or Pretty Little Liars and I'm ready to start some mudder truckin' DRAMA!!!!!
