That's going to be (might already have been) fixed. That's why no PCs died during it - though a few still came REALLY close. Whoops. You get this one for free, Arx.

One thing I noticed in the siege was some healers jumping into the fray of battle to "rescue" wounded people without having to make rolls with regards to their own safety. They literally posed going onto the battlements and into battle to drag someone back without a single roll. Otherwise, I thought everything was handled really well and kudos to Apostate for something that must have been hella intensive to run.

Once on Haunted Memories, three of us were having a little scene in a little park. One woman came by and we posed for her, tried to include her, but she ignored us entirely. Soon, a man came along and was 'surprised' to meet her there. Then they left to have sex.

It's not just about being approachable, it's also very much about finding people who want to be approached and then figuring out whether or not it's a fit.

I do want to state with as much emphasis as I can without being seen as insane: If you RP with someone and find that you two don't fit, it's not time wasted. You RP'd. Success! Two players now know each other a little better. More success! Now you or they might see you in a scene and know that they can at least play with you without wanting to tear your ears off, and visa-versa. Success?

Something I just noticed, that seems wildly pervasive in a MU environment:

A shit ton of female names end in 'a'.

SO MANY.

Why is this? Is it just that most female names, in general, end in an 'a'? Or, do women just think names ending in an 'a' are prettier?

I was glancing at the roster of available characters on Arx and 19 out of 27 of the female characters end in an 'a'. I didn't have the motivation to look at the vastly longer active roster to verify. So, it could be skewed information. BUT. Extrapolate as you will.

...clearly, I have too much time on my hands.

@Insomnia I'd definitely be okay with it if I could figure out how to make it work. I made an account, logged in, clicked the link for season one, episode one, but it just sits there as a little grey screen with dots on it and won't load. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? The ads in the separate space on the screen all play...

This is a long shot, but I'm going to ask with hope in my heart!

I'm looking for all four seasons of a show broadcasted on CBC (Canadian TV station), called "Battle of the Blades". I've searched as many torrent sites as I know, checked YouTube (which only seems to have short clips and not full episodes), and checked CBC website, looked for it on DVD, etc. I've found nothing, and I'd really like to watch it.

Can anyone magic up a copy, either DVD (which I will happily pay for) or torrent or some other file format?

Beauty and the Beast was fantastic! There was one particular "new" thing I thought wasn't necessary and kind of derailed it, but other than that? Really well done. The guy who played Gaston? On point. #TeamGaston
