      @Insomnia Well I didn't try later generations. But if you put mom/son, father/daughter or the children of a son/daughter in a room with the grandmother/grandfather. There's no breeding.

      @Insomnia You would think so. But the game will not let you inbreed. I tried it. You put any combination of family together alone to see if breeding occurs and you just get 'I love hanging out with family' style emits.

      My Fallout Shelter game feels like a birthing dystopia, where people are selected not for their desire to be with one another but for their SPECIAL genetics.

      Will Dwellers 1 and 37 please report to living chamber 3...

      And its the best way to raise happiness.

      @Arkandel

      This is my concern as well. On the other hand there's no source material they might feel inclined to use like they did with Purple Man. So it may also open up the series to new stories and a direction that may push it more firmly into the MCU that the first season lacked.

      Daredevil Season 2 kicks off in March. And we're supposed to see Luke Cage later this year. No word on Iron Fist yet. And with Jon Berenthal cast as The Punisher, I hope we see a glorious reveal in Daredevil with a cross into JJ or Luke Cage.

      In other news my brother keeps trying to get me hooked on Lip Sync Battle.

      Tempest Line on Youtube has a decent showing each week of some of the better Fallout 4 mods that have come out. He's done quite a few on body mods if you're still looking.

      So far my favorite side quest involves the USS Constitution being landlocked on a building. Don't know why but I found that entire quest chain fun as hell and pretty hilarious.

      It is one of the more memorable episodes for me.

      Creepshow did...

      There was another episode of another horror show and I can never find reference to it online. I swore that it had Kevin Bacon in it but it wasn't on his IMDB. Essentially the episode is this woman goes to visit her sister and her new husband at their cabin. While she's there she sees her sister is depressed about their baby's arrival and even attempts to kill herself. Towards the end of the show the pregnant sister is babbling that her husband isn't right, the baby isn't right - and then she gives a birth to a giant baby cockroach. And then Kevin turns into a giant cockroach. And tells the sister that she'll be his next wife. It was all pretty surreal. I saw this when I was like 12 and will never forget it.

      Anyways I think this might have been a Creepshow episode.

    • RE: Tales from the Crypt!

      I have two favorite Tales from The Crypt episodes:

      The Ventriloquist's Dummy, had Bobcat Goldthwait it - it involved him wanting to learn and become as great as his hero a ventriloquist only to find out that the puppet was more than a puppet.

      And the second was Dig That Cat...He's Real Gone, starring Joe Potagliano, where his character was given some cat glands and had nine lives - and he was a circus showman who was using those lives to make money in grander and more grandiose stunts. The entire episode is narrated by him from inside a coffin as he recounts his various deaths.

      I'm not tired of open world games but I understand @Ganymede's...exhaustion? with them. Particularly where Fallout 4 is concerned. If feels like the game is more like a one-note open world sim than anything else to me. And I was going to explain this thought but I just deleted five paragraphs of TL;DR and just boiled it down to that one sentence.

      @Luna

      I am personally finding this is true about high up people. My boss has me write his email correspondence for him because I took Business Communication in college. So I learned how to write briefs, memos, emails, and other crap like that.

      On to my RL Anger for the day:
      Being a single parent is a tough challenging thing. Getting custody of your child from a bad parent should also be a cause for joy. But when doing so your outlook should not be "Oh yay, my money situation will improve now that I can get child support, welfare, foodstamps, and <insert other single parent help programs here>." You conceited selfish asshat.

      I think they pushed Defiance out three seasons though because they tied it to the MMO game and hoped that it would have kicked off better than it did.

      The Expanse.

      It's still a bit early to tell but so far I'm rather enjoying it. It feels very old school science fiction, hearkening back to the days of Asimov and Heinlein.

      It is a smart sci-fi show. Which gives me the impression that SeeFee will cancel it after a season and a half.
