@auspice It reminds me of the surgeon that I told UP FRONT that I needed morphine. It's in my allergies that derivatives do not work/make it worse for me. Dilaudid is on the list that does not work for me (along with Vicodin, etc etc)

I wake up from what was supposed to be an outpatient laparoscopic surgery, to find I have been cut open in a way that is no longer 'the way', and in SCREAMING pain. As in, I'm not even out of the operating theater yet, pain, as they're moving me. Why? Because they gave me Dilaudid. Which also makes me ITCH. It took my SO 2 days to get him to change it. My arms were covered in scratches. But I am apparently hysterical on it, because I'm completely out of my mind.

Losing your job the week before Christmas - and them telling you they want you to work until NYE. Having your friend sexting the dude she knows you're building a thing with, and trying to lie to you about it. Same guy being a jerk who can't handle a phone call because he's so stressed out.. when you need someone to talk to about losing your job.

Fuck it.

@auspice Yours is way worse, because fucking parents. (My parents suck too, and about as much as yours) This is a guy who seems to think I'm going to let him be a fuck boy and come around when he wants. He clearly doesn't know I don't give that much of a fuck about his ass.

Sometimes I will be randomly watching a movie or a show, and something sparks, then builds from there into a concept, etc. Sometimes I'm trying to build something for a specific game, depending on a need. (this is my most fail method)
If i have a ghost of an idea, sometimes I will let Youtube lead me around random music, and see what leads to things.

As for reusing, there are a couple of character concepts I love. The faces, names and details may change, but there's something that remains.

Completely random: I love Bacon and Cheddar Cheeze-its.

@cupcake Eff that. I'm currently.. 'involved' with a guy the same age as my baby sister. Unless you just want deep, abiding, life-long love, go for it.

Super anger - got a referral to a specialist for a fairly serious suspected problem. Call the referral office a week after, and get attitude. Call back 2 weeks after, and she gives me the number to the office. Well fine, bitch. Let me take care of your job for you. Now you can just fax some paperwork. And yeah, there's going to be a complaint filed. It took me 15 minutes, more than 10 of which were on hold as someone from the 'outside' calling into the office, to get the job done.

@arkandel See, the Takei and Franken thing are part of my whole "If you say no, and they stop..." thing. The guy who accused Takei admits once he actually flat out said NO, Takei stopped and let him leave. Same thing with Franken, when he rehearsed that kiss. She pushed him away and said NO, that was the end of it. Now the picture - he's not actually touching or groping her. I've worn a flak vest, and you're not going to get a feel through one of those. So that picture? Tasteless, deserves the apology, and move on. Takei only has the one accuser with the story of him stopping. I heard Franken has another accuser, but I haven't gotten the details.

Most of the guys that really repulse me cough cough Moore cough cough have multiple accusers with similar stories of how they behaved. Like Louis CK - dagger in my heart that it is.

1. Staff being shady.
2. Small group (usually being staff, sometimes with a few non-staff sprinkled in, but not always) running the asylum and being insular/circle-jerky.
3. The story being told taking twists that make my bit unplayable, or unpalatable to play .
4. A player going out of their way to ruin RP/take jabs at me/other people (who are there or not). Because there is just nothing you can really do to stop it, and it ruins funtimes.
5. When a couple of people integral to your character go away, and you lose that drive.

This is just as they came to me, not in any real order. Though 1 is totally number one.
