After looking up Jedward I can't say I blame her.

I'd buy it if I could give birth to a demon. If not that I'm willing to settle for Liu Kang.

    • RE: Hunter, Mortal+ -- fuck the supers?

Every mortal/+ only game I've ever seen was on Java, and was always post-apocalypse. What caused the end and what people did changed with a few, but it was always the same in the end.

    • RE: No Man's Sky Thread

So far I love things, but I won't deny that I'll eventually get bored. So long as I get to see different enough flora, fauna, and aliens I'll be happy. LONG LIVE THE GEX!

@surreality That was actually a Changeling background, and I remember how "grossed out" some staffer were while a few of us laughed.

Updating for the fuck of it. I really need to do something about my alt-itis. Note, I only have 5 currently active PCs, but it feels like too many.

Any thoughts or ideas from the peeps that have read Dark Eras? I loved the Neolithic section enough to drop everything I'm working on, and to make it a thing.

    • RE: An open letter to Fallcoast

You can still do things like being a spirit-focused iron master, not be anything close to bone shadow (ffs, thr difference in oaths guarantees that), and the themes of both tribes are still heavily different. You just won't get much benefit out of your own use of sacred hunt is all.

Well, you do have a breadth of psychic merits between the core book and Hurt Locker. However, Thaumaturgy basically went the way of the dodo. I suppose you can emulate it with Wolf-Blooded, the Clever Fingers Tell, and grabbing whatever Rites you saw as appropriate.

    • RE: Interest Check: Single Sphere VtR Game

It may not be Lovecraftian in appearance, but it squarely falls into cosmic horror.

I will admit I feel the same way I did when Armory/Reloaded came out. It's nice and all, but the glut of Fighting Styles is kind of disconcerting.

    • RE: A New Golden Age?

I know a good 20 or so players, myself included, transitioned way from java- and add-on-based games to MUSHes when it was going through a period similar to the won TJ described above (only 2 games, really, and the rest dying off after a few months). They honestly aren't that hard to find if you're looking for a word game. People also shout the out on RPG forums every so often.
