I'm in my twenties ffs. This should not be a thing that exhausts me, but totally was. Apparently my own brain is mighty disturbing.

Love those games so much. Admittedly largely because I totally slaughter my opponents on a regular basis, in those games. BUT! Fun for all. Seriously someone buy them and board-game-nerd-out with me.
Being grumpy/angry/ragey for no damn reason, which subsequently ruins everything about your day and as a result makes you feel like an absolute lunatic, is totally and completely lame. No amount of Parks and Rec or venting has helped, either. Ugh.

I wouldn't even say I have a very bad case of "resting bitch-face'. I've been told that my smiles don't look sincere, quite often. I've realized over the years that I apparently just have sad-shaped-eyes or something. Today was just weird. I was in a perfectly good mood when I woke up, damnit, lol.

The real kicker was... I was smilling. And they didn't believe the smile was real enough. Stuff like that. Which did, in turn, propel me into massive amounts of insta-anger. Wouldn't have even been so bad if it hadn't happened about five times, with five different people, in five totally different instances/scenarios.

I've had more requests for cakes with the confederate flag on it, in about two weeks than the last six years I've worked there.
Our company stopped allowing it (because controversy) on cakes ten years ago.

My hair is totally frizzing out of control, and it doesn't usually. The wavy is now crazy-curly, in the worst of ways. Here's hoping that I've distracted the fickle Frizz-god, Humidity, and it won't bother you tonight.
Peeve: Going part time because I don't want full time hours at the day job (have other work now), and ending up with more hours than I ever had when full time, when i used to beg for overtime. What gives? Now I can't get /anything/ done. Definitely one of those things where I don't want to turn them down for hours, because I'm sure the second I do, they'll just stop scheduling me (another peeve)... but jeepers.
Also, being allegedly not-qualified for basically all of the jobs I can find in the area, that aren't retail. What kind of a receptionist job needs a bachelor's degree to, quite literally according to the listing, "Sort mail and answer phones". Buh.
