Hey, can’t blame me for using the more subversive stereotype in this situation.
That said, I would play a Pugmire game.

So you were jealous about a dog taller than you and got rid of it?
Today I saw two hipsters get out of a car in the middle of busy traffic in order to help a woman in her early 40s get her stalled car into a nearby parking lot.
What people say about hipsters could've been said about any generation. It's just as true, and that's great.
@Taika forgot that the game had a scheduled site outage. Nothing was lost.
Sorry that the game didn't come back up when the site came back online. That should be fixed now.

Also: xp spending is now open to all, and properly handling vampire in-clan and in-bloodline nonsense. From my perspective, I think the system is fully in and stable.

I used to use Atlantis' MUSH text editor when I played on Firan but it doesn't seem to work properly for me anymore. This is okay as it doesn't have 256 colors.
FWIW, Atlantis 2 has an Evennia-friendly 256-color editor that can output both Evennia and MUX2 style color codes, does gradients for fills and so on.
(Of course, I need to actually finish Atlantis 2.)
I wish you all the very best of luck.
But I keep seeing this thread and have to say: There are no bees on Typhon.
(A good sci-fi podcast, having nothing to do with Trek. Go Trek!)

People all the time ask me, "This company works with computers all day, how can you not be perfect with computers?"
Hey, you're good at computers, can you help me sort out this microwave?
"You sell computers! Why can't you help me with this tech support issue!"
What I'm finding is that some people will do whatever it takes to not feel stupid, including and especially getting angry at the messenger.
I used to believe this was income-based, but people of more comfortable income class just do the same thing without the yelling.
Let me tell everyone in the world: Saying "I hate <thing that you deal with>" is a good way to get off on the wrong foot. Laughing while saying it doesn't make you endearing, or making the "heart" symbol with your hands after debasing me in front of others about this does not make me forgive you. In fact, it means that you have no idea what hatred is, and should maybe shut up before making it worse because you clearly have no idea why what you did was wrong on so many social levels.
Ahhem.
So, I'm trying to make an account on a share-holding company so that I can get my shareholder information so I can do my taxes, but it won't send me a verification email, so I'm trying to contact the holding company.
They have no publicly listed contact number, their help bot talks about Live Chat which does not work.
I eventually found their contact number under a '<company name> demo shareholder company'.

People all the time ask me, "This company works with computers all day, how can you not be perfect with computers?"
And the answer to this is: We do the thing we're experts in, and we're not experts in everything surrounding that, even though we (in general) feel that we need to make these services available.
We're just not very good at them.

I'm currently on my third internal transfer, and I know this transfer will not be able to help, because it's a website issue, not an account issue.
Grr.

Epilogue: The account verification emails came in just as I was talking to someone, who had the worn-down tones of someone who found helping idiots out very draining, and was upset when I said I couldn't hear her.
It's perfectly cromulent to not be grabbed by a game line.
The best description I heard of nWoD was "they took out the worst and best parts of the game". OP's WoD2/CoD seem to be trying to find the engagement again, while New WW's New New WoD is grinding everything back down to basics and adding porn-star misogyny (with a splash of "stop complaining it's called the World of Darkness LOL" that is giving me so much confidence).
Well it's your game. Do with it what you want! This is perfectly acceptable and is what we all should be doing in the first place!
(Asshole.)

What I mean is that while I agree that ther is probably no place for werewolves in the political side of things, ignoring them while trying to control the land probably was quite foolish.
I understand what you mean now, and I concur with you on principle.
For the sake of keeping the workload of the anticipated small staff down, however, I believe we have to keep werewolves out.
I tried front-loading this sentiment twice now in saying that I understand what you're going for but Werewolves do have a place. That place is just advanced. Dork.
So yes, you start with one, introduce the others as you feel comfortable.
Did I say "dork" yet?
Upstairs Downstairs was a long running British show about the separation of the lords of the manor and the servants. I want to say around the early 1900s but can’t recall.
The idea is that for every politic there are a hundred barbarians, as the Romans called them, trying to storm the gates.
Or in (before, after) the Dark Ages, just trying to live their lives under their own system, and getting conquered, and then having to be managed by the new politicians. I imagine the amount of money and fruitless effort of the Romans taking over Gaul cost about as much money as us trying to stabilize Afghanistan.
What I mean is that while I agree that ther is probably no place for werewolves in the political side of things, ignoring them while trying to control the land probably was quite foolish.

Wherewoof?
No. This is a political Dark Ages game. Werewolf just doesn't fit in, other than as NPC antagonists.
My mind went straight to "Upstairs Downstairs".
Or how conquering the dark areas of the world was a drain on everyone.
It doesn't fit with the politics, no, but it does fit with the times.
The new butterfly keys are becoming infamous in how little grit it takes to mess them up something awful, so, yeah, Thanks Apple.

I've had people leave me multiple messages. But I am a sane person and disabled sound on incoming messages from Discord, FB, Skype, or basically anything but whatever music I'm listening to, the phone ringtone, and the text message tone. All of which are kept to a respectful-of-others level.
Agreed.
And as a stream-of-consciousness person, if you don't want me talking to you then maybe you shouldn't have friended me, no.
Thank god for more sensible clients with temporary 'mute' options.
Disciplines being "in-bloodline" (aka in-clan but for bloodlines) have been sorted out.
This is the first WoD game I know where Hurt Locker is properly represented. That is, you can buy fighting styles out of sequence. Which is to say, a really stupid rules option to let people do that, but there you go. Buy 3 levels of Mounted Combat and you can immediately buy the fifth dot in four fighting style categories, including Mounted Combat itself.
Some categories have only one fighting style in them, making this rule pretty much idiotic except that you can skip level 4 (and only level 4) in them.
Sorry, I'm on a tangent. Everything should be bug-free now.
