As for pet timing, I had to put down my Winston on XZmas eve many years ago, we got Lily on Jan 2, She's 6 now and the happiest cat ever, I loved Winston and remember that furball very fondly, but its isnt a replacement. Having someone there to take up all the love you have to give is healthy, expecially a good boy who needs the love. He can help you heal.

@rightmeow All the support. the ADHD brain wiring is attached to so much everything. Also we have an ADHD thread somewhere still I think with lots of memes and even some healthy coping mechanisms.

So this past week I made a friend.

At first I saw this friend in a parking lot at my local corner store.

I fed them for about 3 days...

Until, not without minor bloodshed, i got them home...

Anyhow, meet Goblin.

Immediately human friendly, currently living in my Mom-in-laws room. We are taking it to the vet this weekend, to check for microchipping, to properly sex and all the other things one does. Hopefully it belongs to no one else because i will fite them.

@kk I only have a balcony but I make use! I have some 'maters growing from seed and from buried 'maters from the previous year, an old litter box where i grow chamimile, clover and black velvet nostroicantspellthisflower. Some rescued Xmas trees. Lavender, A lemon tree from my grandparents garden, fresno peppers, a few pot plants and soon a variety of jalapenos and other peppers.

Oh and herbs! Basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary.

My balcony gets a ton of sun, so yeah.

Sad i didnt realize until like last year that I had a gree thumb, growing up my mom made me do all the parts of her garden hobby she didnt wanto as chores. So i hated even the Idea of gardening for nearly 40 years.

@derp And i fully acknowledge my brain is weird, I can def see the happy side fer people.
