@Auspice It is a misapplication of the Leadership practices taught by Maxwell which is, from what I've seen, surprisingly effective. It fails at high level offices, only really works on people that are themselves part of the rat race culture.

I have suggested such an idea before. Though, it was more of a list of side characters that people may not feel like playing as their main.

Have you looked at the RPG 'Victoriana'? Classism is baked into the theme and they managed to make it baked into the RPG.
