I have serious doubts the US will ever adopt such a program, as we seem to really enjoy, deep down in side somewhere, social-darwinism and material-wealth competitions. Even if everything was automated, we would find a way. We are Orks like that.

I have a question! Regarding the drive: Do we/should we put up what kind of feedback we're looking for or are willing to give? Maybe collect that somewhere, so that people know if someone is just looking for grammatical work, or if they want to know if the characters are engaging, or if the plot holds together? Or, alternatively, what kind of feedback we're most comfortable giving?

Rousey needs a better boxing coach if she wants to get better with her hands in my opinion. There wasn't much improvement from Bethe to Holly in her standup I felt, even if she was concussed from that kick in the first round she needs reflexive responses more than what she's got at the moment.

I like Tate, I think she's a hell of an Athlete. I give her kudo's for beating Holm, she earned it. I don't know if she'll ever be able to beat Ronda though, and we might well have that win-triangle till people retire at least.

Ooh, I'm going to be in Houston for a week in May. Maybe I'll get a chance to catch something!

They have 3 Shadowrun games out. All of them are good. Shadowrun Returns, Shadowrun Dragonfall, and then Shadowrun Hong Kong. I have played and finished all of them and would recommend them.

The longest running table top campaign I was ever in was a Battle Tech / Mechwarrior game.

My tabletop group will cycle to Battletech/MW this summer. Although most of us have enough toy figures to do a larger scale using the whole house and measuring tape for the on-field action. We call it Housetech.
