Girl Scout Cookies

What are your favorites and why?
-
tagalongs because they are the best
-
The caramel and coconut ones. The flavor combination is excellent and the texture of them is perfect.
-
Thanks-A-Lot were the best and I'm mad they got rid of them.
I've always liked the peanut butter patties/tagalongs though. Just a good ratio of cookie to chocolate to peanut butter.
My kids do a taste test video every year so if anyone doesn't have a local cookie provider hit me up. They do online ordering and delivery these days and barring snow storms, shipping has been super fast even in COVID times.
Their favorite is the lemonades. My oldest says they have a 'sour lemon' taste but she likes the yellow chocolate on the bottom to balance it.

I could inhale boxes of Samoas.
Also have a fondness for Thin Mints.
-
Thin Mints. Lemon Ups. And Toffee-tastic.
My son is fond of the Tagalongs and S'mores.
-
Tagalongs and samoas! I've not tried any of the new ones tho.
-
Us non-North Americans being very...

@tinuviel I had a Canadian friend I'd RP with a lot a few years back. I learned she had never had thin mints before, so I sent her a box! She sent me maple cookies back. It was a good exchange.
Until a YEAR LATER she mentioned off hand, "Oh, I just found another sleeve of those cookies in my freezer!"
I WAS OFFENDED. (Because who doesn't eat all the thin mints within a day?!)

Freezer thin mints are the best.
Especially on ice cream.
Except Tagalongs and Samoas, which are the actual best.

Those were the best. And also the best because almost everyone would read the name and then repeat in with a very sarcastic tone. Probably why they got rid of them.
Also I just looked. I still have 6 boxes of Girl Scout cookies from last year. whoops.
-
Samoas and Tagalongs for sure. Though the new Adventurefuls look DELICIOUS.
-
-
Lemonades. From the freezer.
Thin Mints. Same place. -
I thiiiiiiink it's Tagalongs? the peanut butter ones? And thin mints. And the samoas.
thankfully, I can get dupes for all these at Aldi, all year round.
-

And cheaper too, I'm sure. I've never really understood the obsession

@derp I beg to differ. The peanut butter cookies from Aldi are AMAZING.
