The heater in my classroom does not consistently work and has chosen tonight to shut off.
We have parent teacher conferences and the temperature is steadily dropping within my classroom. Professionalism be damned, I'm wearing my coat!

I'm gonna be my own peeve for a moment. I was an idiot yesterday.
Texas has been hell for anyone with allergies and asthma lately. Ragweed has been insane. Temperatures have been up and down. The past few weeks I have been an allergy mess. The past week I've had an asthma attack going. Saw new doc yesterday.
He's great. Like, asks permission before touching great. Asked about weight, then apologized for asking and said 'I won't ask again, but if you ever want to discuss it I'm here' great.
When we discussed my asthma, I pulled the 'ha ha I'm probably at 75% capacity' and when he checked me out he got all worried and nope you're barely getting any air. We need to get you on a steroid run.
But my ass didn't pick it up on the way home. Instead I decided 'I'm too tired. I just wanna go home and rest. I'll do it tomorrow.' I was too stupid to realize that tired was the asthma.
So today at work has been a fight. I kept slumping over at my desk between hits on the inhaler. Dizzy spells. After finishing my presentation prep I gave in and told my boss I was heading out....and she picked up on my stress and thought it was presentation stress (ok some of it was and we did talk that out).
But really I'm my own peeve because I should be smarter than this and I'd have yelled at any one of you or an rl friend to get the damn meds immediately and not have put it off like this.

Noticing right stick drift on my XB1 controller. I can't quite describe the level of annoyance this brings, but it's certainly unique.
Maybe if controllers didn't cost 60 bucks and this wasn't the only one I had, I wouldn't be as annoyed. For even more context, I've only had this particular XB1 X a little over a year. My 360 controllers didn't start getting noticable stick drift until they were ancient.

That's actually been a known issue with the Switch and Switch Lite. There was some hope that the issue would be corrected in the Switch Lite considering it was being made after the issues with stick drift on the normal Switch started being reported in droves, but apparently not.
Which is sad, because that's probably the one thing, besides spare cash on hand, that's preventing me from buying one.

Here in Ohio, we have weeks that start with a high of 90 and fall to a low of 40.

I was forced to discover there is an 8 Oclock in the AM after getting to bed at 7 AM after a night of working so I can look at companion dogs, and people for some reason are surprised I am a bit testy.
