Good TV

@Three-Eyed-Crow I never stopped watching PR. Some seasons are better than others; it all depends on the designers. There's usually drama, there's ALWAYS Tim, and the judges are often on crack when it comes to what they like.

If you haven't yet, @Cobaltasaurus , grab VIKINGS from The History Channel. It's on season... 3? 4? and it is awesome.

@Cobaltasaurus
Thanks for the clarification on The Strain. I don't necessarily agree, but the objections make waaaaaaaay more sense than 'boring'.However:

Nah. -
On the subject of Lucifer, it features D.B Woodside as an antagonistic angel, and if you don't know who that is, it's this suave motherfucker right here:
I'm not really into dudes, but damn he's pretty.

I'm rewatching the Sarah Connor Chronicles and I'm getting a real kick out of how much Sarah Connor seems to fade into Cersei for half a scene then back. Lena Headey's got that psycho overprotective mom thing down pat.

@SG TSCC was one series I was so sure I'd hate when it first came out and I ended up loving it. It was #1 on my list of shows to watch the entire run, and it pissed me off to no end when it got cancelled.
-
Yeah, it's good smack. I keep thinking a terminator mush would be fun, but sending unkillable robots after PCs seems kind of sadistic after a bit of thought.
-
@SG
I dunno, we did it with human PCs on Megaman and Megaman X MUSHes. -

Mmm. HITMarks.
Though to be fair, the robots (both terminators and hitmarks) were pretty dmonstrably not unkillable. They killed at least one per movie! Sometimes more!
I did enjoy the tv series.
-
A lot of people seem to hate it, I never got why. I watched both Sarah Connor Chronicles and the Blade series about the sametime, and both got cancelled. Which sucked, I loved both.
-
I am actually watching TSCC for the first time now. I guess Genisys reignited some Termintor love in people after all.

@Olsson
Ratings plus Fox fuckery of moving it mid-stream without announcement. -
Just watched the latest Mr. Robot. It might be the best show of the summer.

The level of mindfuckery last episode was truly fucking great. It blew their Down the Rabbit Hole episode out of the water. I hadn't been that impressed with it, but last night I was like WTF.

I'm really enjoying it. The guy who plays Elliot is awesome. I'm at the point where I won't even be disappointed by the inevitable "Fight Club" reveal, though I'm still hoping they do something different. Somehow.

After this latest episode, I think we can definitely see something similar, but different, popping up. Which is great.

Dark Matter:
Android cannot catch a break.
-
That poor Android. I love how they absolutely downplay the fact that she's effectively displaying fucking sentience.
-
Narcos on Netflix anybody? I'm four episodes in and it's pretty damned good so far.
-
@ThugHeaven Yes! The amount of backstory history they added is excellent I found.
