@Ganymede My love, there's a difference between cognitive behavioral treatments and quackery. Behavioral Cognitive Treatments ask you to change your lifestyle habits that may be unhealthy: such as if you have heart issues they may ask you to try and lose some weight. If you have IBS they may ask you to change your eating habits and not eat stuff that gives you the fucking runs.

Quackery will have you drinking cabbage fermented in sea water while saying it'll cure you of cancer, aids, chronic illness, and disease, and will regrow your limbs.

That, frankly, is what a not retarded +alts code is for. +alts should show you basic information about your alts, not just be a way for staff to spy on people. You should be able to register your alts for list that only you (and staff) see, that tells you things like xp, mail, how long they've been disconnected, etc. (If they have any events they are signed up for, but for the love of fucking god how to do that my code is awful and I am a bad person runs away in shame.)

So my precious princess has not been acting right lately. She's been very vocal and sounding like she's in pain. She's not eating as much as she used to, and she's peeing in inappropriate places even when the box is clean. Unfortunately, I had a bad run of being sick and missed a lot of work and I'm really strapped.

I hate having to ask for help, but if you can I'd greatly appreciate it.

(I can also pay you back later on once I'm back to working full time and out from under being late on my rent.)

Hello friends! As someprobably a lot of you know (because I've whined about it in like every fucking thread, sorry) I contracted covid-19 over the holidays, then it gave me pneumonia, and now I've developed pleurisy because of it. It has been making it a little bit difficult for me to get back into work, I'm also having an insanely difficult time getting onto unemployment because of how the state I'm in is handling unemployment applications (you call after 5pm to try and get an appointment for the next day, but they only do 600 callbacks a day, and I've spent literally 30-minutes trying to get through with the phone failing to connect, telling me that they're experiencing too high call volume to call back later, and when I finally do connect all the appointments are taken. Every. Single. Time.)...

So, in general, I am having a very difficult time financially. So... I'm going to throw out a kinda tip-jar thing, and put my patreon out there for folks.

If you have a dollar ($1) that you can spare for a month for a few months, it would greatly help me out because it would show people that my writing is worth supporting cause I have patrons. If you don't, I 100% understand because times are really terrible right now. One is about a young woman traveling across the country with a man posing as a cop kidnaps her and keeps her locked in the jail cell of a ghost town. You can read the first part of that story here. The first four parts of "Fever" are free to anyone to read. From the 5th part on it goes behind the $1 paywall.

The second story is about a woman exploring her old family home, looking for where her criminally insane father supposedly hid a bunch of a money, that she desperately needs. As she explores the house she finds that something is very, very wrong with it. You can read the first part of it here. This one is free for anyone to read, so even if you don't actively subscribe as a patron, you'd be able to follow this story to it's conclusion.

It seems to me as if they are sharing one that was split down the middle? I don't play this game or know these characters, so I don't know what it represents, but I approve of the imagery.

Single heart, yeah. Mirari (the black cat) gave Sydney (the ginger cat) a weapon with an anatomical heart on it as a gift, while they were lovers. They are ICly broken up at the moment because they want different things. Hence, the ripped down the middle heart.
