An awesome example: I indicated my desire to RP on the appropriate chan, accompanied by stating my willingness to toss out a few scene location options and do the opening pose. I promptly had two takers. Sure, it was a super casual scene, but over the course of it I ended up getting a new relationship hook and a new RP buddy, as well as the IC knowledge that someone else was looking into the same mysterious circumstances currently on my character's radar.

@Wretched I wish you the best with it - meds changed my life, in all seriousness. You will be emotionally wonky while your brain chemistry adjusts, but stick with it, be patient, and if for some reason it doesn't work out, remember that everyone's neurochemicals are different,. Your doctor will help you adjust until it's right for you!

I fell off the game radar when the metaplot introduction of the Kree got taken over by one of the X-Men, while in the meantime the Inhumans had been plotting and planning and basically this was their moment...to have the rug swiped out from under them.

@Ghost I fell in love with Viktor and Petra initially because of an interview with Viktor's actor, who talked about how he played Viktor actually falling for Petra but then succumbing to peer pressure re: the rats. And then later Petra's actress talking about some of their moments.

That needs to go somewhere!

@Ghost Viktor and Petra are my jam, especially after watching interviews with the actors.

So yesterday, someone tried to break into our house, and while they didn't get in, they left the gate to the backyard open and Rock managed to get out.

At around 2:30 I got a text from someone saying they had my dog. I immediately excused myself from work and went to pick him up. He'd been spotted by the mall not far from my house, and the woman who found him got him into her car and took him to her place. He was uninjured and perfectly happy when I got him.

I drove home to find the gate open, promptly closed it, and queried my roommates. We recently got a new one and I thought maybe he had left the gate open in forgetfulness. He says he didn't and I believe him, and the kid in our household knows better. So what I think happened was someone tried to get into our house. They went in through the side gate, tried to get through the sliding door for the backyard, discovered it was blocked, and gave up. On the way out they didn't close the gate behind them.

It was really hard not to stay home from work today.

I think my character managed to crack a huge mystery. When explaining to staffer what she was thinking and why, I swear I could feel them practically jumping up and down in their seat while clapping their hands.

It's so stupid but I am near to tears; as it is I have trouble communicating and when I ask for clarification someone implying that I'm stupid or being sarcastic about it isn't helpful and makes me feel like shit.

Me: Should I do A or B?
Them: Yes. They have A already.
Me: ...so I should do B?
Them: OBVIOUSLY, if I said someone has already taken care of A.

(In my line of work, it is not uncommon for clients to wind up with multiples of the same item per their request.)

@Ghost How much time did you spend working on that list?

Now I can't seem to access the chat feature on the website. Anyone else have this, or is it just me again?
