He's what, a year old pit mix? They're giant balls of nervous energy. Those behavioral issues are pretty common for those kinds of dogs living in confined spaces where they don't have room to run. They need LOTS of exercise.
This is just how they are, until they're about 3. When he starts to chew on something that he isn't supposed to, use your markers (no, wrong, uh-uh, whatever), take it away, and replace it with something you do want him to chew on. If he's being overly vocal, there are other things you can do to work on that.
It might be challenging, but that's just their nature, and it's part of raising them. They're essentially toddlers with sharp teeth. They aren't going to be super chill. That's just how they do. THe best you can do is direct them to something productive with that energy, and it's even worse since you live in a small space. Not a bad place for dogs, but definitely going to lead to some behaviors that require a lot of supervision.
