ETA: I blame the cats for their talent re: sleeping so easily. So jealous.

They also have a particularly inert sort of look to them while they're asleep. I try not to wake them up, but there are plenty of times I see a napping cat and take a minute to make sure I can see them breathing.

Of course it isn't a machine you can time to a certain number of days it can be sick.

It's a machine that has a certain amount of scheduled maintenance allotted. If if goes over that, clearly it needs to be replaced with a model that isn't defective.

I'm trying to keep things up while you're traipsing around the district, but A is a lazy flake, B struggles with basic tasks, and C is less useful than a bag of assholes in that I'm not allowed to grind him up for sausage filling.

ETA: Also, no, I don't have any strong opinions on whether we should implement 1 in the form of 1a or 1b. I have, to you, compared the wisdom of implementing 1 to using icy hot as a sexual lubricant. Unfavorably. 1a and 1b seem equally terrible.

@Groth It is an interesting sort of thought.

I'm really not entirely sure how it could work, with as easy as it is on a MU* to stick a finger over your lip and declare that you obviously aren't Groth, Groth doesn't have a mustache.

But I do think there are people in the hobby where, if you do know who they are on other games, it's better for everyone to just give them the preemptive boot instead of trying for this weird high-minded stance that no decade-long history of stalking and threats don't count if it didn't happen on this game, which is unspoiled frontier where anyone can make-believe themselves a fresh start (as if the hobby wasn't as incestuous as a Habsburg key party).
