That one's easy to answer: Lords & Ladies.
I've tried sci-fi a few times and even WoD once. Just not my cup of tea.

@Wyrdathru Oh my, seems I encountered you in two places then! On Eternal Crusade, you played Devon, one of my char Elaine Volstak's brothers! And on Arx, I had a few scenes with you on Rook as the previous incarnation of Selene.
I have very fond memories of my own one experience on a somewhat historical MUSH. Agreed, the place was rather small, and per invitation only. But it got me to read up on a whole lot of material about the crusades. (It was set in Jerusalem at the end of the 12th century). It also had the distinction of historical and fictional characters, and I ended up with one historical and two fictional alts. I had great fun there. Perhaps there was no drama because the place was so small?
That said, I'd be interested to play on this game.
As much as I like fictional settings. Even fantasy settings invite discussions about theme. It -always- depends on the staffers and the players in particular.
Meaning, avoiding a historical setting won't keep you from the drama.

@Lyanna Yeah. He pulled the code that made the log page and some other self-populating things work, and a bunch of random house pages.
I added some code back in to the log page, listing logs. Also Recent Changes page.
@il-volpe I just checked. Seems logs and char pages are still there. And thanks to your work and that of others the wiki is recovering.
Still... fuck that guy.
Man, I hate this person! To vandalize the wiki! A wiki that has grown over the many years, with so many character pages, family trees, and not mention all the logs! I hope it will be possible to restore it all.
I'm speechless.
Damn.
@Crysta Ooh nice, RPed with you on Eternal Crusade, Creations Edge (almost) and Realms Adventurous! Seems I am on Arx too now, occasionally. Hope to see you there! I play Selene there.
@Auspice Gosh! Wasn't aware the theme of EC was based on stolen stuff. This is indeed new for me.
@Lotherio And damn, sorry these wrong rumors are circulating about you. I've played on Realms and always found you to be a nice and helpful staffer, wasn't part of the drama gang. Also played on Game of Kings (without any of those issues), and even on Eternal Crusade (during the drama time).
@tce Hey! Cool you're still around! Somewhat missed you on KD; or maybe just the fact that you /are/ on KD, where I joined three months ago! I am still a little on GoB, with my chars Lara and perhaps Thadeus, who might make a comeback. Would be cool, if I could catch you for a scene here or there!
@il-volpe I logged Lara on this weekend, will be definitely around more again, especially with more Dornish activity.
Hey there! I've RPed with Kierne on Tales of Daeren and with several of your alts on Eternal Crusade. Also... I had one scene with Juno on Serenity, if I recall correctly, when I played my weird female doc. I've always enjoyed scenes with you, you're an awesome player. Maybe our paths will cross again someday, somewhere.
Layla/Julieta/Cassiopeia/etc.
Hey there, I played Hareth of the Mire on Steel and Stone, and I remember a hilarious scene with Tyroan Nayland there! And our paths crossed again lately on Realms. Too bad my alt there never did get to scene with his unworthy brother.
@ThatGuyThere: The reply to that question is... it is impossible. I usually have 2 or three alts on a game, 4 in case I feel crazy enough. Still, I'd be usually active with 2 or 3 at a time, leaving the fourth on standby till that char is needed.
