@Ghost Nope and would be if I logged it I suppose, though I don't usually TS with other folks online when I have a partner because I TS with them.

RE: Fear and Loathing
Tried to app in, waited around three days with no activity on my application so I just kinda forgot about it and walked away. Hopefully CG time improves? Maybe I was just unlucky? The CG system felt very... barebones which was both good and bad. Hope all goes well and folks enjoy themselves but don't think I'll be visiting again.

Just me
Hello there, I just wanted to introduce myself to the MSB community. I've been around the MU*ing scene for 14 years now, though never having integrated myself in the deeper community surrounding them until just recently (since I made this account I guess). So far what I've been doing here is going and checking out newer games. I had a brief stint at Staffing on a game then got kicked off over a minor disagreement with one HS (for admittedly being a bit too harsh on a player that had an IC position that they couldn't really fulfill OOCly) Though I didn't really have time to apologize to said player before I was removed so, yeah that was a thing. Anyways, I'm just kinda gonna stick around here and look at new games and do little 'first impressions' things. Hi!

To add to @Ghost's question - do you let your partner(s) know you're logging and do they need to grant permission before you share those logs with third parties?
Oooooh good dangerzone question there
Can't remember anyone asking me if I agreed to logs containing adult material was logged.
I have had someone ask to log before and I was like uhh.. sure? I don't really care, but I also didn't deem them worthy so didn't follow up with a secondary scene.

To be fair, I've had to wait a lot longer to hear a first response on an app on more than one occasion. If three days is enough for someone to space cadet on the game and, from what it feels like to me, write it off as a lost cause or whatever, perhaps it's more on the complainant instead of the ones the complaint is being leveled at?
Hence my TL;DR, which my first post wasn't really supposed to be a complaint, more a 'Hey this was my experience with the game' comment. Of course this is the internet so it was also my bad for assuming that a comment that has negative tones to it could still be taken neutrally. I'll work on mah leet net skills yo.

@Ganymede "Is it sex, or is it creative writing?"
I mean, in theory, if I were writing a steamy romance novel I'd probably hand sample chapters to people including my own parents, but I wouldn't fuck my SO in front of them soooooooooooo...
I'm one of those people that I'm not gonna like, try and do it in front of you, but if you walk in I'm not going to stop or give a fuck you're there.

RE: Fear and Loathing (Official Thread)
Just wanted to show some love to the game. As someone that had a rough first encounter, (app was never noticed until almost two weeks later on first try), the second go around has been great. I don't see a lot of the same usual tropes of the WoD community here at this game as I have at other WoD MU*s, so far everyone has been awesome and respectful, and aye we need more Changing Breeds. @Ghost kind of a shame that this type of things happens, because in rp on muds the emotes can target and when they do the other person sees you/your/yours, so coming over to mushes after a long career mudding, getting things in that person rather than talking third person is just more comfortable and normal, and has nothing to do with an ic/ooc line. I blame armageddon and evolution of esos for making you and your the norm and third person feel lime the other player may be talking about a different character than mine.
I have played on a couple of MUDs where you had to be careful about using 'you' in a custom emote, since there was also a coded emote system to input character name and it output 'you' to the receiving character. a few times stealthed people would assume they had been seen and just murderhobo the fuck out of someone and technically they were justified.

RE: What RPG SYSTEM do you want to play on a Mu*?
There are two systems I would really like to play, though I have no idea if they'd be perfectly workable online.

Fiasco: Not really... a tabletop game, Fiasco is more a 'dice help to writing scripts'. You can find an example of play by typing 'Tabletop Fiasco' in Youtube and watching Wil Wheaton and some others play a game of it. Basically a few strangers hook up, roll some d6's build a story and then RP it out, great for like an afternoon, though with how text-medium works over actual voice speaking, you could turn what would be 4-5hrs playthrough into 2-3 or more various days. It isn't really a game system so much as a system to help you do more creative thinking and makes roleplaying more available, at least these are my opinions on the game.

Cyberpunk 203X: I think the one I have is Cyberpunk2033, but basically any of the 203X cyberpunk games would be awesome. The only cyberpunk games I've been able to find online are custombuilt MOOs (Sindome, Cybersphere) or Shadowrun 3E games. I'd really love to find a game done with the 203X system as I love the Friday Night Firefight combat system and the overall lore of the game.
Welp those are my two games I'd love to see a MU* of, not entirely sure if they'd work in an online setting but perhaps with the right types of players they could!

RE: Difficulty of single-player computer games
I usually just play normal. When I pick up single player games I tend to only get RPG ones (lately that's Witcher and Mass Effect series). I want to see the story and beauty of the game more than get a 'challenge' from the game really. I don't have a whole lot of spare time so being able to work through a game without having to repeat the same sections over and over and over because it's hard is just what I look for. It's also one of the reasons I bought dark souls one, played it for three hours, then immediately went back and returned it lol.
