This is the one I am terrible at. So terrible. I end up with way too much on my plate all the time or in arrangements that I'm unhappy with (like plots, RP groups, etc.) because I don't want to disappoint people.

@Auspice I have that problem too. I try to accommodate to many people and then get put in the middle, trying to hold it all together and then when it falls apart, I get blamed.
It sucks.
