Seriously, right?
All we seem to have so far is a scoop from TMZ based on an anonymous tip from "law enforcement" that's then been picked up and re-reported all over the place. Reputable news sources are probably scrambling to confirm from official sources. At least I hope so - it would be nice to think that somebody somewhere is actually practicing real journalism.
If true it's sad. I liked Betty White from Golden Girl days. But I mean, she was 99. Not even Betty White can live forever.
