The State of the Chronicles of Darkness

I had to take Dual-Kith to get my Elemental Quicksilver/Draconic changeling, once upon a time.
You otaku bastard.

While I like the freedom to make new kiths, how likely is that to happen?
Maybe it is just my table-top group but rarely even if the person complains they can't find something they want giving them the ability to create something new either by book saying so or GM usually results with them picking one of the available options as the lest bad rather then putting in the extra effort.
On a mush, I am sorry if you think the book saying create your own means staffers will be more open to it then they have shown to be in the past? If so you have far more faith in the hobby then I do.
Unrelated I have figured out at least half of my dislike for Changeling 2.0, the use of the term agency, any time i hear it not connected to a business formed to provide the services of an agent it sets off my new age buzz word alarm and I zone out. After thought I have little problem with the means of escape determining seeming, but every time the term agency comes up I want to play it less and less. -

I'm pretty sure you should be embarrassed to know that.

That's really odd given the sacrificial nature of politics and service. There are costs to everything, and loyal followers will know that sometimes they will shoulder an undeserved burden of cost for the greater good of their goals and ideals.
It sounds super white hat unrealistic.

And everybody knows, those in leadership positions never, ever feel personally responsible for unexpected bad shit that happens to the people under their command, even when they shouldn't or couldn't have done anything to prevent it.
Totally unrealistic.

And everybody knows, those in leadership positions never, ever give not one fuck for unexpected bad shit that happens to the people under their command, even when they should or could have done something to prevent it.
Totally unrealistic.
C'mon, dude, the unreasonable hyperbole is my gig.

I think I liked HR better before I chucked him into a black hole. Politely. I held the door open.

I am so swole.

You went from Bro to Russki in like, half a sentence. Never go half Russki, @HelloRaptor.

What do people think of Beast? I really like the new revisions.

I think it's fine and all but they haven't even finished Mage yet, or Changeling, and have yet to explain the changes to Bloodlines in Vampire, and all their deadlines get pushed progressively back and back, so some brand new game line that we have never seen before is less exciting to me than fixing the gaping holes currently left in the broader nWoD 2.0.
-
I do think if Beast comes out before Mage 2.0 we'll see @EmmahSue on the evening news.
-
The same people aren't working on Mage, Beast and Changeling though, are they?

My opinion of Onyx Path's professionalism, based on their ability to plan things ahead, make deadlines, inform their own customers about their products or keeping their suppliers network remotely happy with them is not a great one. So my answer to that would be, at best, 'who the hell knows'.

I know Rose Bailey is the Vampire boss, and that Matt McFarland works on like 2-3 games, but I think neither is directly involved with or in charge of Mage.
OPP is slow as all fuck but canned if I don't enjoy the finished product.
