I hate underwires and that a lot of smaller bra sizes are enough padding to double as bullet proof vest for my boobs. Also, under wires can get you struck by lighting. I'm not taking chances.

And haha, oh, @ThatOneDude You're adorable.

I'll take my chances! Maybe getting struck by lightning will fix some of my hair-problems, too. Underwires are a godsend, assuming they haven't somehow broken, or busted out the sides to stab you, randomly, while at work, causing you to to have to buy more expensive bras, because you were too damn cheap to do it the first time...

        Ahem.

I should attempt to be productive now or something. Maybe.

        But boobs.

I can't say enough good things about first and curve bras and my new Natori matching sets. The cups are just baaaarely too small but they'll fit better in a few wears. The first and curve was like $25 for a bra which is INSANE. My Natori is normal priced but was on sale, 20% off $74. And they were able to special order me stuff in my size in other colors.

I envy cheap, pretty bras and going braless, but I do like my boobs. I run, I ride horses, my bras are expensive but worth it. So. Win some lose some.

Fun? What is this fun thou speakest of?

I find it delightfully appropriate that the above conversation is in the topic "RL things I love."

@Ganymede I feel so good that I started this thread.

Just get pregnant! Instant boobs. Isn't that why every woman gets pregnant/every guy knocks his lady-friend up? Bewbs.

... now, where did I leave my bra...

Pregnancy boobs can be a cruel transient lie.

I have a waggish sense of humor.

My cousin nursed her baby for forever to keep her boobs. I'm just going to buy an upgrade when I finish losing the weight. I don't know what I'll do in another 30 pounds though, 34H is hard enough to find and I'm really an I. Ordering online is always a bit of a gamble.

My third order on Etsy in 3 days, after two months of radio silence.
                      Whew.
                      cheers!

I -love- and cherish my days off simply because hanging around the house means I can give no fucks and go braless. Should I be? Probably not. Fucks Given: 0 And yes, all underwire, all the time. Even my sports bra has underwire. The support is necessary!

Well despite my body trolling me with headaches, increased fatigue and some loss of function on the left side my scan came in good. Not clear of course but the main tumor has shrunk very slightly and the other two are still doing nothing.

Also I have reached the point where further treatments will be subsidised. Thus saving me a buttload of money. Also My blood sugar has stabilised so no more insulin shots or testing 4 times a day.

That's all good news. Earlier this year, my sister's cancer was found to have metastasized, and she has been on a lower does of chemo since that time. Her numbers have all come down, however, and she says that the chemo has been much less debilitating.

Well after all that serious stuff I feel shallow and trite, but fuck it. I fit into a size 8 now. I have one size 8 dress but now I fit into other size 8 things. This is a big deal! Yay!

I don't know if I have actually lost weight since I started cycling semi-regularly (not that much, yet) and went back to martial arts training, but you know what? I feel so much better most of the time. I can get up in the morning and not feel like half my body is dead weight. I go to sleep at night and actually sleep within twenty minutes, instead of being up for an hour trying to fall asleep. It's pretty neat.

And once I have to start cycling 5+ km to and another 5+ km from work every day after the end of July, I'll probably be one svelt mother fucker come my birthday in November. And all my neat pants will fit me again.

@Coin Pay zero attention to weight. Zero, weight is meaningless most of the time. Pay attention to how you feel, and how your clothes fit you.

Well, I meant 'weight' in the 'size' sense. I know that as I develop more muscles instead of fat, I'll probably not go down in actual weight as much.

Or, your thighs will become muscular and no pants will ever fit properly again. But I suppose that's a good kind of problem to have. Shorts are where it's at anyways.
