I am totally an altaholic. I more enjoy making things and more often than not I have more fun CGing than actually RPing. So, I am an advocate of making things until you find something that fits.

RE: Kushiel's Debut
Okay! Since this is an add thread.. I am prodding to see if I can get someone to take Jasmine's twin sister. They are both of the Alyssum House (perpetual innocents). Jasmine is the bolder of the two and Naia likely has at least 1 person lined up who will pay out her marque, giving the Alyssum twins a rather adorable advantage of having paid their marque out in less than a year. Jasmine and Naia can oft talk just by looking at each other. As I have a terrible memory I would not even notice the difference in mannerisms so you don't have to worry about playing her as her original player did. I am happy to chat it out! So, feel free to page me or IM me here! I got all sorts of people rather excited to have a Naia and Jasmien pair.
PS. yes, they are a pair of hookers.

RE: Kinds of Mu*s Wanted
OMG, @Royal I could totally dig that. And it would be like a 3 or 4 room grid. The coffee House, Monica and Rachel's apartment me, and Joey and Chandeler's (sp?) place.

RE: Icanbeyourmuse's playlist
I updated again. Such an altaholic. Feel free to hit me up for connections on any of the games I am on.

RE: Kinds of Mu*s Wanted
Maaaan. I am really tempted to do a mobster style mu* in a more modern setting. I'd do it with the Saints Row flavor. So outrageous and stupid it is fun.

RE: Bristled Thistle's Playlist
Fallcoast is basically TR 2.0. At least from what I've heard from people.

RE: Interactive GM'ing (Or how to make a dark theme actually dark)
I think true horror RP would be better on a game that is distinctively designed for a small player base. It might be something that might be fun to use in the time leap mu*s that people keep talking about wanting.

RE: Kinds of Mu*s Wanted
I am really tempted to scrap the mu* I've been working on for over a year in favor of a mobster or Firefly mu* (maybe a combination of both). I am so impulsive.

RE: Kinds of Mu*s Wanted
I wonder if there were things to do on planets if the longevity of a Firefly mu* would work better. And if there was a set number of ships allowed and a new one added after each ship has X sized crew. I was on Serenity for a long time and it was pretty boring if you didn't have a crew.

RE: Interactive GM'ing (Or how to make a dark theme actually dark)
I believe @Bobotron was just giving an example of what gets attention. And why couldn't it be as horrific, as say, coming upon a werewolf casing down a victim? Horrific, at least in my opinion, is subjective and based on how a char is. Like, say I have a happy-go-lucky guy who's been sheltered his whole life and has never really seen anything worse than a few heated words between his parents. He is doing his banking, happily, and in storms bank robbers brandishing their guns and threatening bodily harm to people who don't give up their valuables. That would be pretty traumatic and horrifying for him because it is not something common or even normal in his world. So, I repeat, horrific is pretty dependant on the char and what the players consider horrific.

Humm. I dunno if I'd enjoy a mu* with that level of vehicle control.

RE: Outside the Box MU* Design/Theory
I would probably like WoD better if it was actual tabletop over a mu*. Though, it would likely still confuse the hell outta me.

RE: Kinds of Mu*s Wanted
I see. I'm not particularly looking for suggested places. I simply thought it might be fun for people to have an idea for what people would like to see for mus. Maybe it'll even give people who want to make a mu ideas for what to do.

RE: Outside the Box MU* Design/Theory
I rather like the idea of open sheets and original systems for mu*s. On the games I've tried I've found it is easier to understand original RPG/stat systems compared to, say WoD. Maybe because people document them better and don't have the expectation that if you're on the game you will know the system in and out.

@Jennkryst I feel like I am missing something with the 'or not' comment.

RE: Kinds of Mu*s Wanted
Oooh. I would love a Fading Suns mu* again. I had fun on it previously. Until the rather crazy set in.

RE: Kinds of Mu*s Wanted
I'd love to see a dark toned mu* too but that seems more like it would need to be aimed towards a limited base over a large mu*. Lots of people seem to get attached to their chars and the likes and don't like bad things to happen to them.

PS. I can probably think of more but I got sick of typing where I couldn't see. I do not like how the typing box cuts off!
