@Wretched I never heard it with John Glover, so I don't have the comparison.

RE: Audiobooks
I at least once a year go through the entire run of Dresden Files narrated by James Marsters. I love that series.

Edited to add: One way I deal with it is set an alarm to go off the time the meeting is supposed to start, so when it goes off I know I have to get up and leave.
I always have two alarms for anything important:
- Hey you have to go soon.
- HEY YOU REALLY HAVE TO GO NOW
I do 3. One at 15 minutes, one at 5 then one when I need to go.

While true, that doesn't mean pose-queuing cannot be done.
I am glad I am not the only one who does pose-queuing!

- You can have your world-buttons at the top instead of the bottom (although I kind of like them at the bottom, now, I think).
How? I can't seem to find a preference for this anywhere.
Nevermind, somehow I was still looking at an old version even though I had downloaded the new. -
RE: Echoes in the Mists - CoD 2e MU
@Ganymede I'll try and see if I can't log on and get involved in some way tomorrow when I work from home.

RE: Health and Wealth and GrownUp Stuff
@Auspice That's kind of how I started. Less stress involved (though there was still stress) in my decision, but more it was the only time I got to see the sun. I worked in a basement, so the only way to get some natural light and fresh (as fresh as it gets in Hollywood anyway) air was to become a smoker.
Yes, I get the irony of 'getting' fresh air by picking up smoking.

RE: MSB Peeves
@Ghost LOL. I legit thought I was on the GIF Uno thread when I posted it. Now I just feel stupid about posting that.

RE: Health and Wealth and GrownUp Stuff
I know I shared my story, but it really will be different for everyone. Hopefully @Ganymede you find what method works for you. It doesn't matter how you do it, as long as you do it (because you wanted too. I am not one of those ex-smoker holier than thou you must quit types).

RE: Health and Wealth and GrownUp Stuff
@Ganymede I know it sounds counter productive, but what really helped me quit smoking was vaping.
Once I switched over to using a vape I started with .4mg nicotine, then a few weeks later went to .2mg, and then a few weeks after that 0mg, and within a few months I wasn't even using the vape anymore and had zero cravings.
At least that is what worked for me. YMMV.
