I was trying to code in Ruby and I couldn't figure out how to obtain an attribute from something, and eventually gave up.

In soft code what I wanted to do was:

get(<room>/<attribute>).

I couldn't, for the life of me, figure out how to do it with ruby. I ... think my main problem was a lack of centralized documentation, but it was a year ago now and I can't remember for sure.

Idk, why I just remembered. One night Willow and I were doing our 30minute walk after I got off of work. And as we were walking through the apartment complex parking lots, we came across a couple of ladies who were on their fenced in patio, shouting at the sliding glass door toward what appeared to be a Mastiff.

"You keep pushing it down! You need to push it up! Stop pushing it down!"

Meanwhile, the big lug was happily bouncing up and down against the door. Big old paws continuously knocking against what I could only assume was the door handle and lock.

You guessed it.

Their dog had locked them outside on their patio.

My baby is currently outside in the yard for her daily dose of /running free/, because otherwise she will destroy the house. But before that she kept running over to me and colliding her little furry body with mine, before running off again.

I am a MONSTER who would not give the puppy any of my cookie-brownie no matter how many sad stares and cute little tail wags I gave her. She gave up and went behind popi's recliner and pouted, refusing to come out even for him.
