      You have no idea how mage 2.0 works do you? Or even mage 1.0, for the matter. You're acting like every fucking mage out there can have hanging spells (tip: They can't, that is the purview of a time mage, and that's always been that way). And as another thing: magic is no longer instant, all spells are extended by default and you either have to have a lot time magic to do it instant or spend reaches to get there.

      @Admiral whelp, sucks to be you then because I'm almost done with the code.

      @surreality Do you hate mage because of how its been played or because of what it does? I really, really like mage. And yeah it can be those things, but players who aren't dickholes to everyone around them don't turn it into that.

      Hey folks--

      I could really use some help. I have a bunch of stuff to do on the wiki, and kinda feeling overwhelmed with it. If anyone is willing to help I'd be very greatful. Right now a big thing I need done is pictures found for each of the grid squares (all of the descs are up on the wiki already, so you can go off of that), and posted on there. And then descs for the buildings that are already built and desc'd also put up.

      Potentially some template-creation as well. Like logs, and the function to pull logs.

      I'll be honest and say that I don't think this game will hold my interest for very long. It may be that I just haven't explored far enough into the galaxy yet, but so far aside from two planets most of the planets I've been too have been very much alike the other. Like four out of six or seven have been high toxicity planets full of weird mushroom like flora.

      One has been a mostly liquid world that was freezing, and most everything was under water but had lots of Radnox and Chrysoimum (whatever). With like trees and a hostile mushroom animal.

      Another was a desert planet with no flora or fauna.

      I spent a lot of time on one planet mining emeril so I could get a better ship, jump to a new system and explore ... only to come right back to a highly toxic planet with mushroom fauna.

      Disappointed. 😕

      Does anyone else have the problem where you'll go to lift off on the planet's surface, and instead of just going up a little it jettisons you right off of the planet? It's super frustrating when I'm just trying to fly to a new location that's too far to walk. >.<
