The paper is incredibly absorbent and mildly unforgiving, but the colors are so damn vibrant, I don't even care. Thank you so much.

When people don't do what you paid them for and still insist they did the work and now you look like an entitled asshole for having to say, 'No, please do the work I paid you for.'
And also abandoning really nice people in a scene @_@ UUGHHHH
ETExplain: Had fence repaired but they didn't finish it the way they charged us; they half assed it, explained nothing, and left, letting us puzzle out what the hell they had done instead. It got fixed but in the process I had to bail from a scene I was GMing and while everyone understands RL>all I still feel like an ass on multiple fronts.

@sincerely Everyone is still gonna want your gorgeous art always man.
I'm not going to lie, I get a little giddy walking around the grid and seeing people sport and gush over the pretty things I make. It might be one of my favorite parts of playing Joscelin.
@fortydeuce What! A revelation! Dude I've been in game since alpha and I haven't had a revelation (I don't think). That's awesome!
I only write bad poetry and fanfiction. Smutty fanfiction.
@peasoupling said in MUSH Marriages (IC):
I've had a few. A couple of times I actually started the characters married, or in on-off relationships. The latest was over a RL year, but the characters couldn't actually get formally married for IC Lords & Ladies reasons, but it was a marriage as far as my character was concerned.
In non-roster games, which is the majority of games I've ever played, the main issue can be if the other player stops playing or idles out without closure. A couple of my IC marriages may have technically lasted RL years, but hardly count for that reason. In one case, it made my character pretty much unplayable, but that was a very specific situation. I still don't regret it, though. The RP and the character arc leading there wouldn't have been possible without it.
Serafine and Leta were my longest IC relationship and only 'marriage' in my RP history of ever. And yes, it counts.
What is it with men and cold showers? It's like if it's warmer than testicle temperature it's scalding.
HEAT IS GOOD. MILDLY SCALDING IS BETTER. Stop crying when you climb in next to my wet naked body and your skin burns away, IT'S FINE.

A supernatural/horror game that isn't focused on teenagers/early college students. I totally get the appeal of that genre, but it just isn't for me.
I want to upvote this more than once.
The golden ratio is invading my work.
ETA I don't know why it's giving a subject warning but spirals are quite sexy. Beware.
Grabbing a scene with someone who is there when they say they're gonna be there and it goes far better than you could have ever wanted!
@Goblin When you don't have a skill but you roll anyway and pull off a massive crit and you act accordingly (GOTTA MAKE IT MEMORABLE) and your buddies play along because they're the fuckin' best. THE BEST. Poor, poor Evaristo.
When you are 37 years old and still have days where you feel at the mercy of your hormones.
(I tried to find 'he' but I couldn't I'm sorry)
