I tried Infinite Crisis ages ago when they were in closed somethingorother. Back then it played -exactly- like 'League of Legends: DC Edition'. Same everything. I can't recommend it unless they've changed a lot.

Fans of LoL should stick to LoL and fans of other MOBAs will hate it because it's basically LoL.

I'm looking for more people to app in as part of a werewolf pack on Eldritch. Me and a couple others are mulling over concepts at the moment. So far we're leaning towards the archetypical werewolf pack that maintains its neutrality and focuses on its own territory, only getting involved in big stuff when it directly threatens them.

Because being a hero sucks.

If you think skinny jeans are bad, try living where I live. They sell two kinds of jeans for guys;

Skinny hipster jeans, obviously, since fuck young people. But worse....

Regular jeans where the waist is bigger than the length. By a lot. I wear a 32-34. All I can find in my area are like.... 40-27, 40-30, 42-32, stuff like that.

It's really, really frustrating. I buy all my clothes online now.

If I made myself as an nWoD character I'd probably give myself super high social and intelligence stats that I don't really qualify for and if you tried to tell me otherwise I'd just ragequit.

But I think most of us think of ourselves as Intelligence 5, Wits 5, Resolve 5, Manipulation 5, etcetera.

That's a peeve of mine. 'Pride in being overweight' is putting it very, very mildly. I'm fine with not making fun of people for being fat. I'm fine with understanding that it's their life choice. What I'm not fine with is people saying 'YOU HAVE TO LOVE THE FAT' and 'REAL WOMEN ARE ALL FAT'.

Let me just put a disclaimer here. My ideal woman has a few extra pounds on her. I don't find stick figures attractive. HOWEVER.

It's not fine for you to wear a tube top and short shorts when you weigh 300+ pounds. It's not fine for you to be so overweight that you need to ride an electric wheelchair at Wal-mart. It's not fine for you to glare at me and give me the stink eye because I'm not fat and make snide comments about -my- weight when I'm perfectly goddamn healthy. "Get some meat on your bones herpderpherp!" No. Fuck you. Lots of people struggle with their weight and recognize that it is a health risk and recognize that while it's not something to be overly ashamed of, it's definitely not something to be proud of.

I'm not going to fat shame you, but by god you're a horrible person. It's not fucking fine for you to make little girls think it's okay for them to grow up wider than they are tall. Children are being taught unhealthy fucking lifestyles and it's just as dangerous as the other extreme, which is making them think only Barbie-figures are beautiful. Maybe even more dangerous, really.

So that's my rant for the day. Sorry if I offended anyone.

The only way I'd do it is if you let me change most of the theme and mechanics so that rather than playing as John who is subtly influenced by the ghost Bill, we made it so you're playing as John-Bill, the product of the merging of John and the ghost Bill.

Well, aside from being a bad actor who was in a shitty overblown movie (Hurt Locker), a 'replacement' for Matt Damon in the Bourne movies (Sure, call it a 'spinoff') there's a story going around about someone suggesting he might be gay, and him flipping out and going off on them and making homophobic statements.

I got an Acer laptop from Newegg. No heat issues so far, and Windows 8 can run with an XP shell pretty well so I didn't feel like I was having a clunky touch-screen thrown at me. I've had it almost a year now and there hasn't been a single hiccup.

Edit: It might not have been Newegg. I just know I bought it from the internets.

I've had the same computer since 2008. Before that I had the same computer from 2001-2008.

I feel extremely lucky with computers. It also doesn't hurt that I buy the same brand/model every time I guess.

As for a peeve: Living in the goddamn back woods and having to pick up my online-shopping items from the post office, which is never open on the weekends. Curse you, Etsy.

I get told 'God bless you' and 'I'll pray for you' daily. Multiple times a day. But I live in the bible belt so... it's to be expected. Sometimes I get frustrated and respond with 'Praise Allah'.
