Seriously, you should go and visit, and then talk to the folks at Requiem for Kingsmouth. They have a lot of +code there that's well-suited for vampire and GMC.

I will set up my chargen system, but that's it. My New System Coding is reserved for the day that more than three people want @Ganymede's Mass Effect game.
I have been answering questions about the 7th Sea framework, and likewise, but Eldritch is eating all my code time.
I'm sure more than three people want Gany's ME game to become a real thing!
Well, fuck, I guess The Reach is out then.

Be thankful you work for the government. You'll enjoy more protections than if you worked for a private entity that did the same thing.

I always wanted to play Kup and have like a major personal feud with Shockwave. When you think of how many of Kup's friends Big Purple must've sent to the smelting pool over the years...
Wasn't the Smelting Pool governed by Lord Straxus?

Not too far away, but not my jurisdiction. Still, I know a thing or two about a thing or two. I can still do some research for you via WestLaw, if interested.

If you're in Ohio, give me a PM. Real property is my bread and butter.

Okay so maybe that percentage of the population should try to chill a little more instead of telling moms to go feed their kids in areas they deem "appropriate." The solution is normalizing the whole thing, not putting it in a closet.
I would never tell a mother breast-feeding her kid in public to go elsewhere, but I also think doing so is gauche, given the availability of solutions which can put others who don't believe such behavior is acceptable at ease. And I say this as a parent of twins under the age of 2.
Incidentally, my partner, who bore them, never breast-fed our kids in public.

Is this like breastfeeding in public? I mean I have kids, seen tons of boobs and yet if I'm in a coffee shop zoning out over the high levels of work I need to do and my gaze happens to fall on a breast that a baby feeds from, do I deserve the stink eye? I mean that shit isn't sexy so its not like I have my tongue sticking out and my hand down my pants, its just me zoned the fuck out. Take your breast and baby into some place private... Don't inflict the awkwardness on me >.<
I equate breast-feeding to nose-picking. It's not illegal. It's a part of nature. Just fucking do it elsewhere, and don't be a prick if I eye you like you haven't a common sense of decorum. Bitches like that are the same that complain when people are blaring music out of their car's open window while driving.

Having terrible children shouldn't be a carte blanche pass to inflict them on others.
And yet, adults with shitty attitudes believe they have a carte blanche to inflict them on others.
Not applicable to this situation, mind, because I'm in Raptor's and your camp regarding movie theatres. I'm just dealing with a rash of shitty, shitty people right now.

And I'm Max. If I'm on, ping me. I'm generally available to play or run scenes whenever I'm on.

@Ganymede In my one second of research I went with the definition as a statistically significant deficit in some common educational activity such as mild dyslexia, delayed speech dev, sociopathy, ADD, affective disorders. Downs, and not situational factors such as living in a war zone, displaced, foster child, Texas.
Aside from Down's, many of the disorders identified above can be caused by shitty parenting at formative periods. So, if a child is an asshole, you can probably blame the parents safely.

Based in my one second research, 1 in 6 children have a learning disability.
What is the definition of "learning disability"? I don't consider "having shitty parents" to be a "learning disability."

I used to think that way until I got kids on my own. It's not always that simple.

if the kid was kicking somebody in the head,
Dude, I didn't say anything, man.
That said, I concur with the point that parents ought to manage their kids when they are in public. I concur with @Cobaltasaurus that special-needs kids should get more of a pass on bad behavior, but also agree that there were ways to accommodate that child, if he had special needs, that the parent should have explored.

Amazing World of Gumball is visually jarring sometimes but it is incredibly well-written with great gags and pacing. It included maybe the best dozens put-down I've ever heard:
I concur. Gumball is pretty amazing. Adventure Time is good, and I get a kick out of Regular Show.
What they need to do is kick Animaniacs, Tiny Toons, B:TAS, and other WB cartoons into prime time slots. Also, grab the rights to Exo-Squad from Universal.

@Ganymede Oh I've lost a lot of weight and I'm still fat, I'm 23 pounds overweight, but I have central sleep apnea. It happens even when I was sitting up or laying forward (I sometimes sleep sitting cross-legged and laying forward over my legs).
You're not fucking fat.
An ENT may be able to help.

The first thing I asked my doc was how much weight did I have to lose to not have to use it and he laughed at me. No matter how thin I get, it doesn't matter.
Fuck your doctor. Not literally.
I don't know how much weight you feel you may need to lose, but I lost 10 pounds not too long ago, and it helped my snoring. Only 10 pounds made a substantial difference. So, losing some weight probably couldn't hurt, if you feel you need to lose some.

But the selection of PBs for a wiki - as far as I can possibly tell, someone can correct me if I'm wrong - is supposed to be roughly representative of what the PC looks or feels like by default. So if I'm playing a savvy high-end corporate lawyer and chose Matthew McConaughey as his likeness I wouldn't post the cowboy hat-wearing shirtless scenes from him in Magic Mike.
Putting up a sexualized picture of a PC gives you a rough representation of what the PC looks like without some clothes.
I fail to see how this is inappropriate for a PC that is a prude, a mechanic, a sniper, or does not engage in IC sexual parlor games.
I hope you can admit that appearances are not always indicative of behavior. If so, I think you'll see why some of us are struggling with what you originally wrote.
