I haven't talked to Cobalt about it yet, so she might veto it, but since I'll probably be the one doing them: 1 free respecc for all! (With the caveat that they may be slow during the week and most likely done on Sundays for sure, depending on how many come in.

It's been years though, dusting off characters is nice and all, but maybe something doesn't fit well now like it did before? This is not a use any time offer: if you want a respecc you need to put the job in within 2 weeks of your logging back in.

I finally got a job! But since it's considered contract work I am technically a small business. I got the job from a place that organizes the contract work. So I had to pay for training with money I didn't have, and also pay for a voip for a business line. But I wasn't really hired at that point and I could still fail and not be hired.

I get paid per call. It goes up depending on the time of day you work, but we go 24/7 except on Christmas day, but once you get the speed, you can earn $12 - $14 / hour. For Christmas Eve (Closed 10pm for 24 hours) They said they were giving everyone a flat rate of $23 / hour.

... Since Christmas Eve I have been locked out of my account because I need to change a password but when I do I get an error. Told the supervisor on at the time what happened and she basically told me to go chill upstairs because usually it takes 5 minutes but... holidays. Oh, and she forgot she was even my supervisor. Every day I get emails saying they are offering premium shifts ($0.30 more per call) because they really, REALLY need people. I've called tech support myself after she had them reset the wrong password 3 times. Still haven't heard anything back.)

And then unrelated, I've started doing daily streams again, was doing Bioshock remastered and the game crashed and ate the save I was on putting me back by an hour. (I had all off the Little Sisters for that level by that point and had done a lot of hacking. ) I ended the stream early. Fuck Bioshock.

They've updated it (the desktop version anyway) so now it'll have a red dot when there is activity (provided you haven't muted the channels.)

But also if you are into ARGs so worth it.

If you like light-hearted dating sims... don't do it.

I haven't RPed in forever. I know WoD. I don't know what is active out there. Let me know!

Where do you run / play? What version of WoD or whatever it's being called now is it? What spheres? Links?

Pitch me a place to play. Conversely know who I am and want me to steer clear? Sell me not on playing there. Warnings about people to avoid will be taken in to consideration as well.

I just miss RPing and don't what to have to read a novel's worth of rules and lore to learn a new system.

Since some people mentioned learning / getting better with Python, Humble Bundle has a Python Bundle.

Not a coder so no idea how good a deal it is for 24 ebooks and a 3 month licence for something for $15 what with the holidays just over and wallets hurting, but there you go!

@auspice They've added a New Game + mode, while samey it is different enough that I wouldn't wait too long, so you notice the differences.

@auspice I wouldn't worry about it too much. To get all the achievements you have to play through multiple times.

@surreality I think I could handle it! I once did a drinking game where you took a drink every time they said mitochondria in Parasite Eve.

@auspice Thanks for that. Knowing that it's happened before to someone else has me slightly less creeped out. All joking aside, I was a bit worried it had something to do with my streaming / videos (I'm not by any means popular, but I did get that letter from a lawyer once, and I can get crushes on Youtubers or their voices... but the dating came out of nowhere.)

People are weird. I for one can't wait for our alien robot overlords to take over. Maybe they will be less confusing!
