@Nymeria No one said you can't create a monoethnic culture. It's when you want that creation to be shown to the entire world, you may want to realize some people may question it, especially if it is all white.

And when the person who created the existing setting admits he wasn't sure if he should make a certain group non-white because he didn't want to make it seem as black=bad, but has no problem with PoC being cast in the world he created... why do you? (As an aside, if you're going to be so up in arms about people being cast that don't match the descriptions, maybe you should write your own setting and lore and monoethnic story?)

Also, there are totally isolationist monoethnic cultures/supposedly sovereign nations in the current world. We call them white supremist compounds, here in the states.

So my rep was heading out at about 11 to go get his usual breakfast sandwich. The man comes back, and puts two containers down in front of me.. the cheeseburgers the little mom and pop down the road make are really good and he knows I like them.. so he bought me 2 of them for no reason.. just because he knows I like them.

I am not sure I have ever been treated so well.. I am not his equal in the company structure. I am admin support. But he appreciates the things I do, and shows me. Add in the fact the man and I talk comics, pop culture, fan fiction, current things going on.. yeah. This dude rocks.

I have also received word that Cobalt reviewed some pages (I was told pages were deleted after someone was banned, but what do I know) and Isaac-player and I fought, because I was accusing him of ... harem building and hiding it. THE SAME THING she had been warned about him for, by other players like Coin and Hexe.

I DO want to give Cobalt the credit due, for apologizing to Bailey's player for banning him, after reviewing some logs and realizing he did not deserve it.

It was one of my very, very first TTs. I was like.. 12? 13?

And my poor, very underpowered in comparison character only had a gun, three bullets, and an alleyway. So she ran into the alleyway, but got followed by the big bad. the boys are all snickering, now

Not much else to do, right? She pulled out the gun she did NOT have much in the way of points in... and BEST ROLL OF MY TT LIFE. It shut the game down, for the night. Ooops.

@arkandel See, the Takei and Franken thing are part of my whole "If you say no, and they stop..." thing. The guy who accused Takei admits once he actually flat out said NO, Takei stopped and let him leave. Same thing with Franken, when he rehearsed that kiss. She pushed him away and said NO, that was the end of it. Now the picture - he's not actually touching or groping her. I've worn a flak vest, and you're not going to get a feel through one of those. So that picture? Tasteless, deserves the apology, and move on. Takei only has the one accuser with the story of him stopping. I heard Franken has another accuser, but I haven't gotten the details.

Most of the guys that really repulse me cough cough Moore cough cough have multiple accusers with similar stories of how they behaved. Like Louis CK - dagger in my heart that it is.

I have provided proof, you've gotten more yourself, I've been told, and yet, you can't just say "Sorry, I got given bad intel, and because it was a sensitive topic for me, I reacted from the gut?"

There was consent for the scene. You didn't even think to ask me anything. You just banned me, and dragged this out. I would have been happy to show you the pages, where we checked in with each other, making sure things were still okay.

I never tried to get your database. There were people wanting to continue the feel of the game, about a half dozen of us, in a discord group discussing it.

And despite EVERYTHING? If that scene did trigger you and upset you, I'm sorry for that. I would never want to have that happen to someone, even if when it was written, it wasn't meant for anyone but the two writing it.

Right now, I'm in a scene that just popped up from people talking in the OOC lounge. Because people all were like. "You wanna do something?" And there's at least 3 people in this scene that my characters haven't had a chance to meet before now, but now they will.

I got to see my therapist today after not being able to for way too long. Getting to be honest with someone without fear of judgment about how hard the last month has been, and especially the last week, just talking about it and admitting out loud I've had suicidal ideation.. I feel like at least my nose is above water and I can get a little air.

@glitch I'm pretty sure KQ did more than just call Gany a fucking thumb. Pretty sure there was a (at least one) 'fuck you' at some point, and that seems like a pretty personal attack.

@deathbird It still amazes me not everyone has seen Long Kiss goodnight. It's some of Geena Davis' best work.

Also, one of my online League of Legends friends, called me this morning - to buy me Minecraft, so we can play more games together. I feel loved.

I mean, I'll be honest. I never thought Farfalla would get banned when I told Gany. I did it more to have receipts for the future, because some people that have since been banned showed me in real time how important having that trail you can show and prove is. (I honestly thought Far would get a slap on the wrist.)

But the rest of the bans? People were asked to give time for admins to circle around. People got heated, and wouldn't allow it, and some of them threw aimed vulgarities into the mix. I can't say I don't see why some of those bans are remaining.

After a week of dealing with super annoying recruiter - I finally have a start date.

Then someone asked me to remember something humiliating someone else did. And I couldn't, at least not in any sort of quick fashion.

So I am trying to stop agonizing.

Dear boss, I get it. My co-worker/teammate has been slacking off majorly since we started working from home. We both know he's smoking pot constantly and fucking off.

But I JUST got hired on to the company, and you expect me to do the work of two people? How about you call him and rattle his cage, instead of complaining to me, and putting MORE work on me, than my fair share?

I am SO FUCKING TIRED of people who can't handle even mild confrontation.

I saw a fellow tenant last night, and she was carrying a baby carrier, and the last time I saw her, she was still in medium bump stage.
