Ordered food from Freshly. Last week, it didn't show up (They include a pic with the delivery email - so I knew it wasn't just late)- called, they verified my address, etc etc. That's all correct, so they sent a report to the company that handles their shipping. They will make sure next order sends for free.
That order was supposed to be delivered today. I got the delivery email - and the picture is showing me the SAME DAMN DOOR that isn't mine. I call up, tell them I don't want to deal with this BS, and they say they'll cancel my subscription and refund me.
Then my roommate points out they remodeled like two of the 18 buildings in our complex. So we go check those to see if the door color/etc matches the picture. Lo and behold - it does.
And there's a Freshly box there in the hall, roommate sees it has my name on it. So we take it home - it's the box from last week, y'all. People were walking past it for a WEEK in front of their mailbox - and could see the name and address was just down the street, and couldn't call the office and tell them 'Hey, someone's shit got misdelivered to our building?"
Roommate went back. This week's box was there in front of the pictured door. But like.. come on. Is a phone call that hard, when you know it's food and needs to be kept cool? Sure, no one stole it, but c'mon. So.. IDK.
