@Admiral That. That SO MUCH. I'm female, and yeah, I'm carrying around a few extra pounds. Sue me, its difficult to always make healthy choices while being a working mom that has to come home and immediately cook dinner for two very disparate kids. We do what we can and try to stick to making mostly healthy dinners. I don't exercise very much, and that's on me. But I'm not going to run around in skintight clothes and demanding everyone praise me for being chubby. That's just stupid.

Fatkinis?!? This is a THING?! Jesus Christ... yet again, the fashion world reminds me why even in 90+ degree weather with 100% humidity, I will be wearing jeans and a tshirt.

If Windows' history is anything to go by, Windows 10 will be the most amazeballs OS that will be seen for at least a year and a half.

RE: A New Golden Age?
From what little I understand of hearing you guys talk about coding... yes, yes it is. Code does what IT wants until you bribe it into temporary submission and it WILL get you back for that thing that you did to it five years ago.

RE: RL peeves! >< @$!#
We've had two Toshiba laptops that managed to last for 3-5 years in spite of having two children using them. One of them is STILL working now even though it belongs to a teenaged boy who's known for his harsh treatment of electronics. Yes, there were a few issues over the years, mainly with power sources and hard drives, but overall I was happy that they lasted as long as they did. It wasn't expected.

Be aware, every outfit Drisella and Anastasia wear will make your eyes bleed, however.
Which is also pretty much canon for the story. XD

RE: The State of the Chronicles of Darkness
I suppose I should say that I do not have her pick fights to PK people. I have not yet ever actually PK'd anyone in any game I've ever been on. Unless you want to count self-PK. I've totally put my own characters into situations where they will die.

RE: The State of the Chronicles of Darkness
I'll say this much. If I play an antagonistic vampire (and I do, right now, on TR), its because I give no fucks if the character is killed. BUT. That said, I also realize that I made a character that would grate on many people and was likely to be attacked and/or killed. So while I have fun with her, I don't expect her to have a long shelf life or get too attached to her.

RE: The State of the Chronicles of Darkness
Precisely. I would have loved to have tossed a few bodies through a Hedge gate, but the OOC shitstorm that would have followed wasn't worth the aggravation.

RE: The State of the Chronicles of Darkness
Its less about the blood doll thing and more about the 'here let me give you blatant information about other Changelings/where to find other Changelings'. My Spring had so many pledges within a few months of looking into rumors of other supers sharing ALL THE THINGS about Changelings. >.> She had like... Wyrd 5 and maxed out pledges just in the attempt to get people to STOP TALKING ABOUT ALL OUR HANGOUTS AND WEAKNESSES.
Edit: It never fails to amaze me how freely some people will give up info about where their particular splat hangs out/what they fear/what their weaknesses are/etc.

RE: The State of the Chronicles of Darkness
Honestly? My Changeling on HM spent a lot of her time cleaning up after other idiot Changelings that were giving up blood and information to vampires like it was going out of style. No pledges, no repercussions, just 'here's my tasty tasty blood and oh yeah, feel free to look me up at this place cause its totally a place where people like me hang out'.
So at least half of the Vampire/Changeling bs was on idiot Changeling players being idiots.

RE: WITCH?
I'm intrigued. Looks like they'll be going with the basic d20 dice style, so nothing too unusual. The story sounds interesting enough. I like the idea of risks increasing with magic use over a set number of spells. Not too sure how well the 'GM Freedom' part would transfer to a MU*. People tend to like to know what they need to roll, not have it just made up on the spot. But that's really the only stand-out ping to my cynic-meter.

I wonder when it came about that IC cornflake pissing was a problem OOCly. I've always valued most of the people who antagonize my PC. I say most, because yes there are a select few who abuse it.
I think if you police the problem players on an individual basis you can have antagonist factions.
It wasn't that IC cornflake pissing was a problem. It was that people were pissing in cornflakes both ICly and OOCly. The IC is one thing, that was often quite fun. Some of my fondest TR Werewolf memories are compliments of a PC Pure. The OOC was the issue.
Talking about policing problem players is easy. But look also at how difficult it is to screen people while they're apping, or how much headache it can be to police them after the fact. Its generally easier to not allow PC antagonists to begin with.
