Kingsmouth has pretty much stepped away from the God Machine stuff. I've been there about a month/two and seen absolutely zero. I've experienced no God Machine stuff at Fallcoast either. Infact it's rare I see a game that includes it these days. Where /are/ you seeing it? Cause I'm into that shit...

Kingsmouth is basically this, though not foreign. But everything else hits on the mark. It's struggling because of OOC vs IC actions and metaplay.
Maybe look at them and see what they do right and wrong.

If all that happened. The earthquakes and floods that wiped out coasts and entire cities wiped out. The loss of life, infrastructure, port cities, food sources such as fishing towns and farm land. Entering a golden age just doesn't seem feasible. I mean, we get one big flood in New Orleans and they're just now getting back to where they were before. That's fifteen years in one city. I'm with @Tempest, just doesn't feel that plausible.
You must really hate all fan fiction or even 'What If' version of comics.
So a game designed by gay dudes, wants to play with other gay dudes, or male dudes...and some of you have a problem with that? It's fine if they have their own game. Who the fuck cares? Don't play there. It's their game, they want it a certain way and you certainly didn't pay for it.

@Alzie Thanks Alzie, I'm probably going with a custom world inspired by fallout and wasteland so I can avoid the more combat heavy SPECIAL system and be able to craft it how I want.

Well, the opinion here seems to be overwhelmingly anti FC, the person making the game doesn't seem open to changing his mind (which is fine, it's his game, in the end, he can do whatever), now we just sit back and wait to see how this actually turns out.
I can't afford it, but I use to watch Ashens and other youtubers open em. They're hit and miss, but when they hit, they hit.
Dresden is simply disbelief. Bad shit happens but there's an explanation for it. Vampires generally keep to themselves and are against the public knowing but other supers are out there. Like Harry, he advertises being a wizard and very few people believe him even when they see amazing stuff. It relies on the sheer power of people to not believe in fantastical things.
