I am transparently downvoting you because obviously that was a feature, not a bug.
In more general news, I successfully made it through my first WoD chargen here and everyone is very nice.
On games I'm on, when it's needed, we literally just use Google Draw. The GM sets up the map and everyone basically gets a marker for their character to move. It's not always necessary, but especially if you're doing combatty scenes in a place with a number of NPCs and such, it can be super useful. Plus no one needs an account or anything to use it, you can just set it to share with anyone who has the link. (And I can use smileys for baddies and then make them frownies when they die.) 
@Vorpal Ouch. I mean, I've loved some outlandish approaches in shows, but. Unfortunately you don't have a Mozart estate or licensing company to rat the director out to for breaking agreement by changing the script.

@Cobaltasaurus No, I think there's been several agreements throughout the threads that it would only be people putting up their own playlists, as it were. In essence an organized, collected form of people's playlists on here. (Were they to submit them.)
@Lithium Yeah, that's why there's discussion on including player, game, and character in a naming structure.
@faraday No, you'd lose all the ridiculous power of Semantic MediaWiki, which would really make something like this tie together the best.
@surreality The biggest issue would be multiple alts with the same name on the same game. Just the same names across games you can do something like "Roz (X-Men Movieverse)" for a page name, but when you have stuff especially like with FCs where multiple players have played the same character it gets more convoluted, yeah.

Splitting this off into its own thread because I'm honestly getting pretty interested in trying to put it together.
Semantic MediaWiki. It can basically associate different pages together and provide an automatic feed. You could have player pages and alt pages and the player pages would be able to feed a list of all the alt pages associated with it, etc. People would kind of have to decide on their own what player name they'd want to do by, which is kind of funny just because a lot of people end up going by a name from some past alt across games.

Okay guys be real. I have never played WoD in any form, but I am smart and can read things and am good at asking questions politely. And a bunch of folks are clearly excited about this. Should this be the time I try it?

Yeah, agree with Sammi. Preferences can be different player by player, but it's absolutely true that games have their own cultures, and all of the things outlined in this might be true or desirable for a game that Halicron is staffing on.
